B Nails & Spa

If I could give a zero I would.. i used to come here more often & moved but then came back to the area, same people which I thought was nice, but no, i cried leaving and I’ve NEVER cried leaving from getting my nails done & I’ve been getting them done since I was 14.. I’ll be 28 this year. I was completely dismissed from what I asked for, I was told $50 & then they played me by asking me if I wasn’t things & then charged me $32 more . Cutting my cuticles they charged me $12 & cut me TWICE, then charged me $15 for the shape and did every nail different, different size & not even the length I asked for.. then I was told that I asked for the wrong thing & was blamed for it?? I still wanted that shape & length but she just kept going shorter. Told her then I didn’t want that & from that point I was harassed & HOVERED OVER by the man that worked there… he’s never once treated me like that but today was so rude. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to leave but I just looked to my right and starred at the polishes they had until they were done hovering (which was when my nails were finally done) then tried to give me a 10% off discount for MY NEXT TIME??? And then tried to TAKE IT BACK BECAUSE I WAS CRYING !!!! I am honestly shocked & so hurt by that experience.. I’ve never been treated like that anywhere ever & I’ve been in Tacoma, Renton, Everett, Lynwood, Seattle, south Seattle & never once. This is really disappointing

My nails came out truly amazing! The first photo is my nails right after being painted and the second is a week later. I wash my hands a lot with work and am quite rough on my hands and my nails still look amazing! This is with regular polish too. The staff is also so kind and pleasant. Could not recommend going to this nail salon more :)

I love my nails so much after going to B Nails. I have been coming here for a few years now and my nails are finally beautiful for the first time in my life. And they are indestructible ("Beauty Nails" (gel) for the win!). The kindness and friendliness of the staff is second to none. I always feel welcomed here and I'm so glad that I have found this place.

The quality was good however I asked the nail technician a few times if it was okay to put my shoes on after the pedicure and manicure. She said yes since it had been 20 minutes since my pedicure. I trusted her but when I took my shoes off later my toe nail polish ruined. I wish she told me to wait. I couldn’t wear flip flops to the salon because it literally bailed today. Overall disappointed in my experience because it wasn’t cheap, I tipped well and I have to go to my brother’s wedding like this.

Kind and accommodating service, great prices ($38 for gel manicure) and took me in as a first time walk in. Great attention to detail, tons of options for colors/styles, calm and lovely environment.
