Honestly I don't even know where to begin. I booked an appointment yesterday for this morning and was told the stylist that it auto selected for me wasn't able to do my under or side shave so id have to come back hours later to have my hair done. No problem. I came back 4 hours later when the stylist that could do a clipper cut came in. The language barrier was tough but with the help of another stylist I was told my stylist understood what I wanted. I said I wanted choppy layers, a side swipe bang and a faded side and under cut. I also expressed I straighten my hair and don't like to volumize it when styled. The stylist asked me the length for the longest layer and I knew I was going to have to cut about 2.5 inches off to remove the split ends. She showed me about 3 inches and I agreed but when she chopped it off it was closer to 6 inches of length gone. My under cut goes up to almost the crown of my head so this made it fall like a chili bowl. I had told them when styling was mentioned I like to part it to the back so it swung over the shaved side and covered it a little in the back. If I part this hair to the back it looks like a horrendously uneven wolf cut. Im really upset, like cried 30 minutes upset, that they completely ignored the fact I wanted to keep the length and how I style my hair. To make matters worse when she blow dried it she did it like a blow out so my roots are sticking 2 inches away from my head. They weren't bad people and the place was nice but I got the exact opposite of what I came in for. I wanted a low maintenance 2000s style hair cut and got a super high maintenance uneven (not even asymmetrical just uneven) wolf cut. Very disappointed. I still tipped 10 dollars though

My first time at this hair salon and it was a very good experience the hairdressers are so nice. Jessica did a wonderful job on my hair . I highly recommend her! Will be back for sure
