Robert and Linda helped me today and I could not be more grateful. My Ford flip key broke. I bought a replacement key on Amazon, and while the locksmith was able to cut it, he could not program it. When he plugged his computer into my truck he said there was no voltage, probably a blown fuse. I went to O’Reilly and tested every fuse. All of them were good. Bellaire Auto Center is right next door, so I walked over frustrated and probably showing it even though I tried not to. Everyone treated me kindly from the moment I walked in. I filled out the paperwork and waited about five minutes before a mechanic came out to take a look. Before even checking it, he told me it could cost anywhere from twenty dollars up to a hundred depending on what he had to do. He looked at my truck for about five seconds and said, “I’m not charging you. I already know the problem.” He showed me that the locksmith had been using the wrong port. He spent another ten to fifteen minutes with me talking about life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. He was well spoken, educated, and had great customer service. After all that time I asked him what I owed. He told me I owed nothing. He did not charge me a dime. He could have easily pretended he fixed something and charged me, and I was already prepared to pay up to a hundred dollars. It is rare to meet honest people, especially honest mechanics. Bellaire Auto Center earned a customer for life.

There was a straining sound coming from my engine. I thought it was a transmission problem because I could not feel my car shifting. Jerry and I got in my car and we drove around for a few minutes. He immediately recognized what the problem was ( bearings ). The night before I was going to take it in something went wrong with my engine cooling system and the engine temperature spiked. I took my car in on Monday morning. I got a call first thing Tuesday morning. Everything had been repaired !! I recommend Bellaire auto 100%.

I recently brought my car to Bellaire Auto Center with an electrical issue that had me bracing for a hefty repair bill. Robert, the technician who worked on my vehicle, quickly diagnosed the problem and discovered it was simply some loose screws - nothing more, nothing less. Instead of inflating the issue or finding unnecessary "additional problems" like some shops might, the issue was fixed efficiently and charged me only a fraction of what I had budgeted for. This was my second visit to Bellaire auto service and I'll be recommending this shop to everyone I know who needs reliable, honest car service.

Great shop - I have had my honda civic there twice now. Won't use the dealership again unless I have to. Once hoses were replaced and another time they fixed a leaky head cover. Completely honest and fair pricing. Awesome mechanic on site.

I stopped by because the box thing on my car battery was loose. Another place has told me the whole box had to be replaced for $170, but Bellaire Auto’s mechanic fixed it super quick without charge. Not to sound like a cheesy commercial, but I know where I’m coming the next time my car gives me trouble. Thank you!
