She was very cordial and very personable when trying to help me out with what I was looking for. No saleswoman pitch no eagerness to try and get a sale just straight up cordial and very polite and it made my shopping for the watch that I wanted very relaxing and comfy. I had to pick up a watch today and we had Audrey help us. She was wonderful. The low review is her associate I did not catch her name but she had short dirty blonde hair with red lip stick and a hoop nose ring. She was not the person helping us at the beginning but did make a snarky/rude remark. We had to pick up a older omega watch and we waited about 3-4 ish months but while talking to Audrey (again she was wonderful) her associate said out of nowhere “I’m not trying to be mean, but they usually take 1 year to come back. And yours came back in 4 months. That’s quick ur lucky.” With a rude tone and first of all, If you FEEL THE NEED to say “I’m not trying to be rude/mean” then don’t say it. Like what does that help with we weren’t even worried about the time about it coming back. Said it out of nowhere too and really had a weird tone throughout it. Just overall rude. The security was wonderful as well. Very welcoming. Low review is for that associate.

Shannon took great care of my shopping experience and made it an afternoon to remember. She gave me excellent service showing me pieces that matched my vibe, personality and pieces that truly beautiful. When I found the right piece she wasn’t pushy and offered me time to think about all of the gorgeous options. The staff there helped out with my 4 month old baby and made my family feel at home. I recommend Shannon and Ben Bridge to anyone looking for an elevated jewelry shopping experience.
