Berg Performance

I brought my Mk6 Golf R to Berg last week to figure out a coolant leak and oil leak after they did a wonderful job a few weeks prior on my 100k mile timing belt/water pump service. The coolant leak was from a faulty thermostat o-ring and their great parts/labor warranty covered it. The oil was from a warped oil cooler housing, so I ate the cost of a new oil cooler assembly. My engine bay looked like a dirty rat's nest from years of DIY maintenance and spirited driving. Now it looks practically new. Dimitri and the whole team really know their craft, and Melanie did an absolutely incredible job. Take your VAG/Porsche here, you will not regret it. The prices are fair, the invoices/estimates are verbosely detailed with photographs/video, and it feels like a family business.

Not your average shop or personnel. Berg is personable, reasonable, knowledgable, and documents then communicates the process well with pics and vids. Quote and approvals are easy, shop is clean as a whistle, and I don't worry at all when I drop my car at Berg. Good gear, trained mechanics, in a professional method...what an advanced automotive shop should be. From maintenance to big HP moon builds...bring your Audi/Volks/Prsch/Lmbr-g here, I think you'll agree.

These guys have an excellent reputation for a reason. I recently brought in my Audi that I had purchased out of state. Upon returning home, I found the trunk holding onto water and was concerned about the damage and potential for mold. Not only did the technicians find the source of the problem (blocked drainage in the sunroof) they also assured me there was nothing to worry about in regards to severe water damage. So grateful for the transparency, clear communication and excellent service provided. I trust this shop 100% and won’t be getting my car serviced anywhere else.

The Berg team has been working on my Audi since I got it in 2015. I have bailed on other brands like Subaru because of the horrible service, but Berg is the main reason I'm sticking with Audi (and still driving the same car) more than a …

Little delayed on my review, got serviced in september; Done a full transmission service (Liquid+Trans Filter+Gasket Kit change+ cleaning service) on my 2014 Q5 3.0 TDI with 229k miles at the time, they done inspection for visual issues and included them in report as well. Got there by 8AM and recieved car back by 4PM, Technicians and stuff were knowledgeable and nice, they have a decent waiting room to stay for a bit, coffee and merch included, got their hoodie and still wearing it btw! Pricewise it was reasonable for my service (worth of mentioning, final price came out little cheaper than the quote was), appointment was easy to schedule, so as the report and bill format are done informative and clear. Probably best guys for Audi's in Denver if not the entire state!
