Best Nails & Spa – Open Until 10PM by Appointment

I have tried what feels like every nail salon in Portland, and I can say without hesitation that Best Nails is genuinely the best. Kyla is a perfectionist in the best possible way. I do builder gel and her work lasts so long that I can go up to 4 weeks and they still look perfect, which is wild. Every single set is meticulous. And then there is the space itself. They just finished a renovation and it is the most perfectly pink, utterly Instagrammable spot. I am planning a girls pedicure night there because honestly the vibe demands it. If you are still searching for your nail place in Portland, stop. Go here. You will not go anywhere else.

Best nails recently remodeled their interior and reopened. Their remodel is so nice, the chairs and desks were the perfect length where you didn’t have to reach across the desk and cause your shoulders to hurt and the chairs are very comfy! Kyla does the BEST nails. I think she does the best of anyone in the city!! She is so talented! They are also so nice and you never feel rushed or hurried along to leave like other nail salons.

Lovely spot! I haven't had a pedicure in years. Employees are very kind, the environment was relaxing. They even had images of Yosemite on the tv, and good music. I will be stopping by more often to treat myself. Bring cash if you can as it is better for the business.

I went in on Monday afternoon and got 15% off for the before 2pm happy hour which feels like such a treat in this economy. I was a walk in for a deluxe pedi and mani (polish only) and they were able to sit me immediately. There were many polish options to choose from (taking a break from gel). Cute, calm atmosphere the employees were very friendly and sweet. I was pleasantly surprised the massage (both legs and arms) were super relaxing and loved the aromatherapy options. They even gave me a heated neck warmer (wrapped for sanitary purposes) which actually felt amazing on my aching shoulders/traps after coming from a workout. I got a complimentary Vietnamese coffee in a tall glass with nugget ice, amazing perk! Aside from the amenities, I’m really happy with how my mani and pedi polish turned out, perfect fill and top coat definitely feels durable. I cannot complain about their prices especially compared to other nearby salons in the Portland area, would come again for the price I paid and bonus if you can get in before 2pm (I walked in at 130p and still got the discount when I checked out)! Heard they will be doing small renovations (painting/remodeling) which might affect future availability but definitely worth checking out. Bring your own nail kit if you have but if not they won’t charge you an absurd amount for one if you don’t like other salons I’ve been to. Super ideal solo date “me time” and excited to come back again!
