I know Mina Pourang since 1997. She help me with purchasing multiple home and financing/ Re-financing, Managing my rentals. All these thing could happen because of Mina will not quit until the job is done. I have refer Mina to my family and friends and they are happy with her as well. She just recently help my daughter with her home and She is the reason my daughter was able to have her dream home. I am very thankful to get to know Mina back on 1997, when we have been trying to purchase a business in Irvine and because of her my dream came true. Thanks a million Mina.

She is a great broker with valuable experience in handling the negotiation with buyers and sellers and lenders. I highly recommend her to the buyers and sellers. She helped me to buy two properties and rented one of them out.

Mina is by far the most unprofessional and rudest person I have encountered in a long while. My fiance and I were recently looking into renting a home she was representing. After more than two weeks of calling and emailing and only ever hearing back from her assistant Jenny; as well as jumping through every hoop imaginable, we were finally offered the house by the owner. We were already less than impressed by how difficult it was to get ahold of anyone at her office however the real horror started once we had been accepted for the property. Immediately upon the owner's acceptance of us, our agent started being contacted by several people who we had never spoken to and who we had no knowledge of, including Mina. Over the following few days, it became quite clear that neither Mina nor the additional person who was emailing us had any communication with their clients as both were discussing things that either hadn't happened, or weren't relevant to us at all. After voicing our concerns and unhappiness with their lack of communication, the harassment started. Both our agent and ourselves received several harassing and accusatory emails from Mina (which were written out in ALL CAPS) and included comments regarding myself and my fiance, as well as remarks about our agent and her ethics and practices. Eventually, we decided to walk away from the house due to the entire staffs lack of professionalism and quite honestly, disgusting attitudes. Jenny was the only person we encountered on Mina's team who was polite and professional and I feel terrible that she's stuck working for such a disgraceful woman. Luckily, we went on to purchase a beautiful $800k home in Mission Viejo and are closing escrow in 3 days! Thank God for all the red flags and Mina's horrible attitude or else we would have been stuck in a terrible situation for a year! I definitely do NOT recommend Mina. You will more than likely have a terrible time and her and her team will cause more unneeded stress in an already stressful time.

Michelle Yin cheated and acted in an unethical manner. She did not perform her fiduciary duty as the sellers representative and her company did not bother to correct her. They are all after your money. We trusted her as a neighbor and thus hired her as our agent for selling our house in Cupertino. We agreed to give her a 5% commission. She convinced me that she will have to pay the buyers agent 2.5% and she will get 2.%%. That was the going rate at the time. I had checked with Mary Tan a top realtor in Cupertino of that time and she had quoted the same. So we thought lets work with our neighbor instead. Turns our she slipped in a 4.5% commission for herself and a 2.5% commission for the buyers agent. After the contract was signed, the buyer wanted to pull out of the contract and we the sellers too wanted to pull out. She threatened us that the buyers agent will want their commission and sue us. We had no idea being new to the selling process in USA, Both the buyer and the seller were new immigrants from India. Now that I have become a Realtor myself, I realize how badly she cheated us. We got cheated not only for the commission, she sold our house below market value and was not able to get us the rent back to even find ourselves a rental place. Not even 2 weeks. If you want to be safe don't trust agents from this company. They do not follow the ethical standards set by NAR or CAR or any personal ethical standards.
