Biff’s Banh Mi & Pho

✨ Lunch Highlight of the Day! ✨ Today I had the pleasure of trying Biff’s Banh Mi & Pho, and WOW — the food was absolutely incredible. I wish I had snapped a picture, but the amazing aromas and flavors totally distracted me. 😅 If you’re a fan of Vietnamese cuisine and you’re anywhere near the Cypress area, Biff’s is a must try. The flavors were bold, fresh, and authentic, and the portion sizes were more than generous. I left completely delighted — and already planning my next visit to try something else on their menu. 🙌 Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful hole in the wall place. They have pho, bahn mi, boba teas, bubble waffles and so much more. Staff was extremely friendly/helpful. Food was well cooked. Place was wheelchair friendly. My Taro was a little less sweet than normal but we loved everything. Everything was clean for the most part. The bathrooms could have used a deeper cleaning but otherwise everything was great. It wasn't busy and ill definitely be back to take my teenager.

I visted this place with my family and it's easily one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I've been to in a while. I ordered the bò kho (broth was rich + flavorful) and a bánh mi (pate was absolutely spot on). The pandan and bubble waffles were a 10/10 I highly recommend trying it out. There was also a great drink selection and the taro smoothie was quite tasty! The atmosphere was welcoming and the service was excellent :)

Weekday dinner with the wife and we enjoyed the vermicelli’s roast pork and the pho combination was really flavorful and lots of meat varieties! The broth flavor was really good too always good when steaming hot coming out of the kitchen!

Outstanding friendliness. We arrived a few minutes before the main dining room was closing - drive thru was still open- and everyone welcomed us with open arms. I had been craving spring rolls and bahn mi sandwich all day - and this was the fix I needed. The shrimp spring roll was refreshing and light. The pork bahn mi was delicious and included pate. Pro-tip - jalapeños with seeds are inside the sandwich- so watch out. I was surprised to see they have party trays - perfect for catering. Extensive menu. A separate kids menu. I would love to go back and have some noodle dishes, as well as pho.
