Big Day Service created beautiful designs for our wedding which included decorations for the entrance, backdrop, and sweetheart table. The quality of Celia's work and dedication to her craft is unmatched. Even the team's set up and break down process was so efficient that we barely even knew they were there. We loved the attention to detail. We later found out that some of the pieces were HAND DYED 5-6 times in order to create a specific color that aligns with the vibe of our venue. She executed our vision perfectly. We would love to work with Celia again and will definitely refer her/Big Day Service.

I had the opportunity to work on the same vendor team as Big Day Service at a stunning wedding in October 2025, and I am still in awe of how incredible the decor and talent was that Celia brought into the event. The wedding took place at The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton which is already well known for its grand staircase, but Big Day Service truly brought it to life through their passion and expertise, making the newlyweds grand entrance unforgettable! Celia and the Big Day Service team are an absolute dream to work with, and took concepts on our vision board to the next level and completely exceeded our expectations! They are so incredibly creative and we couldn't be happier with how everything turned out. Working with Celia has been an ABSOLUTE DREAM! I cannot stop raving about her and my guests have not stopped commenting on the beautiful space she created on our wedding day. Besides curating my dream team and researching each of my vendors (which she also provided referrals and feedback), Celia took care of the rest. Her communication is top notch! Her execution, FLAWLESS! The tiny details any first time bride would never think about, Celia has you covered. She designed two GORGEOUS backdrops, one resembling the floating flowers at teamLab Planets Japan and the other was boho meets traditional Chinese. We bounced ideas off each other and when she had a better idea, she wasn't shy about speaking up. From day one, I expressed that I would like to contribute as little as possible, I really did not want a huge part in wedding planning. She said she would take care of all of it and all I had to do was show up on the day of and look pretty and I did just that. She and her team did such an amazing job that I was able to let loose and celebrate with all my friends and family. If there were any hiccups (yknow esp with asian aunties), I wouldn't know. She allowed me to be the star and the guest at my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. Not only did I find the perfect wedding planner, I made a friend. We used Big Day Services draping to go in front of a stage in our reception area and it completely transformed the space! The draping & disco ball (through our lighting partner) was so so perfect & breath taking. SO WORTH IT!
