I highly suggest anyone who gets their nails done to go to Bisou salon! I used to dread getting my nails done. Like it was a chore… never had a positive nail salon experience… Until I met Nick (the owner) I have been seeing Nick for over 11 years now Wherever he goes, I go .. So I was overjoyed when he told me he was opening his own salon He never disappoints!! He truly makes any of my nail visions come to life and usually makes them even better than I could’ve imagined From every day nail Styles to special event/ weddings they got you!! ✨ The entire staff is always friendly & extremely talented! Treating all of their clients like family. All staff is very meticulous with all services and never a rushed feeling .(Unlike some salons, I have been to where you feel like you were just a number) I constantly get compliments on my nails and I’m always thrilled to put people on to Bisou nail salon Do yourself a favor book an appointment! I have been going to Bisou for a couple months now and I am never disappointed. They really take their time to make sure they do a good job and they are such kind people. I’ve had bad experiences with other nail salons in the area where not only did they not do a good job but were also very rude. At Bisou, they are some of the kindest people I’ve met in Charlotte and really care about their customers. I usually do a dip powder manicure with tips but this time I got gel x. In my experience, all of their staff does a great job so you can’t go wrong with who you get. It also is such a cute relaxing environment with good music, art and drinks provided. Highly recommend!

This was my second time visiting this nail salon, and after another great experience, I can confidently say I’ll be back! My first visit was great and the customer service really stood out so I went back. This time, I was serviced by Alina, and she was amazing. She was personable, asked questions about what I wanted, and really took her time to make sure everything was done well. I came in with rubber gel on my nails, and she patiently removed all of it before doing my gel manicure. I never felt rushed, but I also wasn’t sitting in the salon all day, which I really appreciated. The shape of my nails was PERFECT, and she did an equally great job on my toes. That was probably what impressed me the most because, in my experience, it can be hard to find someone who is equally good at both nails and toes. Alina definitely is! The salon itself has a professional, friendly atmosphere with great energy, and the location is very convenient. Overall, I had such a good experience and will definitely be booking with Alina for my future nail and pedicure appointments. I’m so glad I found her!

Very sad to be leaving this review. I went in to get a simply gel manicure on 6/21/25 and today is 6/27/25 for reference, after getting home I noticed small imperfections such as the polish not covering my nails fully in some corners, after …

This salon is extremely beautiful and clean. The owners have been doing my nails for 8 years and have finally opened their own studio. I can't speak enough to their talent and professionalism. I would recommend this salon to everyone. Not only are they talented artists but they are also incredible people!
