Shelton, the service advisor was knowledgeable, warm, and welcoming, and I felt taken care of the moment I walked through the door. I came in for an oil change for my Audi Q3, was in and out in ~1.5 hours, they automatically applied the special without me having to ask. They took me back to speak with the technician and showed me my car while it was on the lift. Clear communication, great facility, knowledgeable team, and I left with a full inspection and car wash. Who does that nowadays? Blair does. The inspection was texted to you, so you have time in the waiting room to review it privately, approve recommended services or save them for another time, no pressure at all. There is a reason this place has over 1,000 reviews and 4.9-star rating. They earned it and all of the other reviews I read appear to reinforce that positive experience.
