Dr. Abhishek Ranjan was fantastic—he was incredibly professional, thorough, and took the time to make sure everything looked perfect before my travels. The entire staff was welcoming and efficient, and I never felt rushed. Finding a dental office and a dentist that genuinely care about accommodating their patients like this is rare. Dr. A has been one of the sweetest, most supportive, and caring providers I’ve ever worked with. I’ve been searching for a place for my big family (5) and I hadn’t had good luck until I came across Bliss Family Dental. I’ve passed by for a while until I decided to get down and ask if they accept Medical. When they said yes I started calling and making appointments for all of my kids and my husband and I. I specially love the time flexibility for a busy mom like me! The time slots are amazing where I’ve booked appointments from 4-6pm for my husband so he doesn’t have to miss work. I haven’t had a wonderful experience in a dental clinic like I’ve had here so far. Im so happy they are able to even accommodate me when I’m running late! Definitely recommend this family dental clinic.

I had a very frustrating experience at Bliss Family Dental. I was seen for an urgent dental issue, and the doctor told me that he would perform the treatment that same evening. However, the receptionist later told me something different and would not allow me to speak directly with the doctor to discuss my concerns or confirm the treatment plan. I felt that I was misled and denied the opportunity to communicate with the doctor about my urgent condition. After spending time waiting and expecting treatment, I left without receiving the care that had been discussed. The lack of communication and transparency was extremely disappointing and a waste of my time. I hope the office improves its communication between staff, doctors, and patients so that others do not have a similar experience.

My 13-year-old son started his braces with Dr. A, and we’ve had an amazing experience from the very first visit. Dr. A thoroughly explained the treatment plan, what to expect, and how to take care of the braces at home. He is extremely patient and gentle, which made my son feel comfortable and confident throughout the process. The staff is friendly, professional, and great with kids. Scheduling is easy, and the office is always clean and well-organized. Every appointment has been smooth, with little to no waiting time. One thing we really appreciated is the affordable pricing. Dr. A offered clear, reasonable treatment costs with no hidden fees, which made the whole experience stress-free for us as parents.
