For the last year, I've been going to Wendy for my nails, and I can't recommend her enough! She's incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and always takes the time to make sure everything is perfect. My nails consistently look amazing, and the quality of her work lasts for weeks without chipping or breaking. Wendy is warm, professional, and makes every appointment such a relaxing experience. She's great at bringing inspiration photos to life while also offering helpful suggestions when I'm not sure what I want. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about their work and their clients, Wendy is the one. I always leave feeling confident and already looking forward to my next appointment!

I had such a great experience at Boston Nail Bar! I got Gel-X nails and a pedicure done by Alvin, and he was amazing. His energy is so positive and welcoming, and you can really tell he’s incredibly talented at what he does. He paid great attention to detail with my Gel-X set and made sure everything looked perfect. The pedicure was also super relaxing, and Alvin made the whole appointment really enjoyable. I left feeling so happy with my nails. If you’re coming here, I definitely recommend booking with Alvin! I’ll definitely be back.

The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, making sure my preferences were met. I highly recommend this place and would definitely return. Wendy is amazing. My gel x nails were done so well. Exactly how I wanted it. And she was efficient and thorough.

I went to Boston Nail Bar for a white manicure (to match my white graduation dress) and chose shade 863 based on the salon swatch, which appeared to be milky white. However, after three coats, the actual result looked much pinker, patchier, and more translucent than advertised, with uneven visibility of the natural nail underneath. I understand now that the nail swatch was labeled “sheer collection,” but as someone who has only gotten my nails done once before, I trusted the display sample and expected the result to resemble it. I think a professional salon should explain when a color will apply very differently in real life than it appears on the swatch, especially for lighter sheer shades where opacity and finish matter a lot. What disappointed me most was the response when I brought up my concerns. Instead of helping find a solution, both the technician (Rose I believe) and manager came across as dismissive, impatient, and unwilling to work toward resolving the issue. I left feeling unheard and unhappy with the final result. For anyone considering this shade specifically because the swatch looks like a clean milky white, just be aware that it applies much more sheer and unevenly in reality. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return.
