Brea Nails - Spring Valley

I had some extra time during my day and decided to pamper myself since it’s been months from my last pedicure. My usual nail person moved back to their home country and I have not had much luck finding a new place. So much so that I gave up entirely. I drove past a couple weeks ago and saw this nail salon. I told myself next time I’m in the area I’m going to stop in. Welp, I was in luck today! The shop was moderately busy so I was worried there would be a wait. The first thing I noticed was the customer service. The woman sitting at the reception desk greeted me with a smile and promptly seated me. The second thing I noticed was how clean the shop is. I’m a stickler for cleanliness which I’m sure many people are. I didn’t get the nail techs name that worked on me (I wish I had) but all I can say is she TOOK HER TIME WITH ME AND WAS THOROUGH WITH HER WORK. I go to their IG and realize they also offer lashes and Brazilians here. Just like that, I think I found myself a new one stop shop for my nails, lashes, and waxes. I’m so glad I saw this shop and stopped by. I’m looking forward to my next visit!

I really be trying to give the nail shops the benefit of the doubt because I know they are busy at all times of the day. But I feel I should always get what I’m paying for. Your client should leave happy and satisfied with the work she/he just received. I’ve been coming back and forth to the nail shop since I was a teenager. My mother and sisters use to go there as well. My last 5-6 visits to Nail Studio has really been a huge disappointment. First, they will have you sit and have someone come start your service and then snatch them away and have someone else come and try to complete their work because they want to put that person with someone else. I am a very simple girl when it comes to my nails and toes. Usually white or French tip and square shape. Really couldn’t be any more simple. The shape, the French tip, the some of the nails are lumpy , round , peeling off. I left there crying after paying 108.00 for that and my toes and they are not the best either but it’s not the worse I’ve gotten smh. Having to settle after paying money you work hard for a service you asked if they could provide and they will look at you dead in your eyes and do whatever they want to your hands really play in your face. The craziest part is they will know it looks terrible and get to talking to each other in their language so that you won’t know but trust me you know you can see the looks they are giving. And I’m not rude at all but I do speak up for myself. I was being rushed because they kept messing up so we were there for a little while. I wanted to be done too sheesh. Smh The staff is so unorganized that they even be getting into it with each other in front of everyone. There are a couple good nail techs at Nail Studio but they are usually always booked and busy so just go with caution. Oh and the man who works in there is not good with feet. I’m just putting it out there. Definitely a 1 star for my service I received yesterday.

Nail tech Tammy is awesome , I don't give it a 1 star because of her. It's the young girl that is the receptionist if you could call her that. She is horrible at her job. They need to get someone that has customer service background. She needs to learn to communicate with the techs and customers. I had an apt on Wednesday December 24th at 3 pm she tries to tell me, and another customer that she called us but she didn't no missed calls for one how could she get our phone numbers if they had a blackout? No electricity she said it went out at 1:30 pm but the tech had already left before 2 pm. No one called she lied. No need to lie and she could have just said she was sorry but that they had loss power. She is always messing up apt and doesn't have no customer service expirence. I will probably start going to another nail shop not because of tech but because of receptionist incompetence of doing her job.👎🏽

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Poor Service and Unprofessional Behavior I had a terrible experience at your salon. I came in for a fill, and literally as soon as I left, my nails started popping off. I returned the very next day to get them fixed, but was told there was no time to see me. When I asked for a refund, the woman at the front desk—who was incredibly rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional—told me I wouldn’t get one unless I allowed the technician a chance to fix the issue. I explained that I did give you a chance by coming back the very next day, and you still didn’t have time. At that point, I said I just wanted my money back. Instead of resolving the issue, she hung up the phone on me. I’m not concerned financially because I’ve already stopped payment, but I’m disgusted by how the situation was handled. The lack of accountability and the way your front desk staff treats customers is unacceptable. I will absolutely never return, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with others.

This is my 1st review ever. However I felt like I had to. My wife came home in tears today. Her mani was rough to the touch. She asked the girl when paying if they could fix it. She said they had another appointment. Go ahead and leave 1 star. This is a clear indication they do not take pride in the work or care about customer service.
