Brian was phenomenal. My husband and I had opposite ideas of what we wanted in a house and what we’d consider deal breakers. Brian not only showed us all of the houses we picked but he was always willing to get more info when we asked. He found the perfect house that gave both of us exactly what we wanted. When it came to negotiations... he was outstanding!! He was always open minded to what we asked for and also willing to give feedback on areas we just had no clue on. Brian was a great realtor. As a first time home buyer he was not only helpful in guiding us through the process, but I never felt pressured by him. He was honest (I’m sure he still is), and personable. He worked hard for us to find the house we wanted. And when we found it he was always available to answer our questions and negotiate on our behalf. I will call on him again.
