It's always a wonderful experience coming in for an appointment. Staff are kind, friendly, and professional. They are mindful of my time and comfort and are always checking in to make sure I'm doing okay. Even during more complex procedures, I always leave with a smile on my face (no pun intended.) Not just because of the exceptional service, but also because of the phenomenal people working there. Y'all rock, thank you!

I have an appointment I made sure to arrive on time for my 9:00 AM appointment. While I was waiting, three people who arrived after me were called back within about 15 minutes. After waiting for over an hour in the lobby, I spoke with the front desk and was told I could reschedule for Saturday at the same time. I showed up for the rescheduled appointment only to find out that the dentist’s office was closed !!!! This experience was extremely frustrating and showed a lack of respect for my time. After being kept waiting, then being given an appointment when the office wasn’t even open, I have completely lost confidence in this practice. I will NOT be using this dentist again. I would NOT recommend them based on my experience.

Efficient, friendly, thorough, great price. I have had two visits. My first visit was for an annual checkup with a cleaning and x-rays. The office was very clean. The appointment was very efficient. This visit was prompted by a filling that had fallen out. I was able to get follow up appointment within a week. Again, very efficient. They didn't rush, but I wasn't ever just waiting around. No pain during the filming. They were thorough in getting the feel of the bite right.

I am so thankful for Brick Row Dentistry! I chipped a tooth and didn’t realize how much it would bother my tongue until Friday night when nothing is open. I called Brick Row Dentistry in the morning (Saturday) and they were able to fit me in same day. I was in and out pretty quickly and everyone was very kind to me.
