Check-in was smooth, staff was great, and Dr Tran was extremely personable. I’m glad that my new PCP is right outside of my neighborhood as well! Oh and the Lab tech Sabrina, softest hands ever…didn’t feel the needle stick at all!

I have been seeing Dr Tran since 2024 and I have been pleased with her. She listens to you and it’s open to work on your concerns. She is young but at the same time she can be kind and also intuitive when it comes to helping finding out what is going on with her patients. She also sees my 21 year old Twins and they like her. I’ll be seeing her for many years to come. Visits are short but I also find that she can be to the pool ny without being rushed. Gaby is also kind and listens to you. I like the two and I feel icl can quickly communicate with them through the portal. Very happy with them 🤗

Dr. Tran is a highly recommended doctor, so I stopped by to schedule appointments for my two boys—and I’m glad I did. Bryan and Sabrina truly went above and beyond to help me navigate a complex insurance situation. At a previous visit to a Memorial Hermann GoHealth location, I was told my insurance was verified, only to receive a bill later for all services rendered… not a copay etc. This time, Sabrina took the time to thoroughly review everything and was completely transparent about the challenges. As a military family, my boys don’t yet have military IDs (since they’re under ten), and I didn’t have their benefits number on hand, which made the insurance difficult to pull up. Instead of brushing it off, Sabrina confirmed next best steps. That level of care and diligence made all the difference. Bryan was just as impressive—welcoming, professional, and ready to assist the moment I walked in. The entire experience felt organized, respectful, and genuinely patient-focused. I appreciated Sabrina taking the extra time to resolve everything properly. Waiting a bit longer upfront was absolutely worth avoiding a potential $1,000+ billing issue later. Even if I do get billed as though I have no insurance— which I honestly doubt—I now have full transparency into the steps that were taken, and I won’t be blindsided. For that alone, nothing can change the positive impression I received today from the team representing Dr. Tran. Highly professional, kind, and thorough team.
