This place is a joke. To be clear, Jacky has done a few tire/wheel related jobs for me before so I trusted him to do another tire/wheel swap with TPMS 2 weeks ago. I texted him on a Saturday asking if he had time and he let me know to come asap. Arrive at 3PM, dropped off my car and 2 sets of wheels. Jacky states he's finishing some work on another car before he can start on mine, which was fine. 7PM I asked for an estimate of completion, no response. 10PM I ask again... "Not yet, tomorrow we off. Done on Monday." So basically my car was just sitting for 2 nights. Fast forward to Monday, I go to pick up my car, the new wheels with TPMS look great. Here's where it all goes downhill. 1. The shop lost one of my Rays centercaps. We all searched the working area with no luck. I asked Jacky to replace it and he said he had to check his cameras to make sure I actually drove into the shop with all 4 caps on. Ridiculous. 2. My second set of wheels were missing all the valve stem caps. 3. They scratched the living hell out of one of my Rays wheels. (not mounted on the car) They didn't tell me anything when I got to the shop that day, other than "your track tires were so hard to put on, the sidewall is so stiff". So you're telling me.. you guys scratched half the face of the wheel, proceeded to put it in my tire storage bag, didn't tell me, and hoped that I wouldn't notice?! I get that things can happen. I'm not even that upset about the damage. What really tipped me off was how this situation was handled... "We can polish it. Bring it back." As if a polish would fix it... nor would I let him touch anything else again. Plus he kept arguing saying he needed his own wheel repair shop to fix it. Per his text: "We are handling this incident in accordance with standard company procedures." So since he wanted to talk policy, I let him know that by law, he cannot force me to use their direct repair program shops. After that, the dude ghosted me. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere, because when things go south, you will be better off arguing with a wall.

I took my 2016 Mercedes Benz E350 to Jacky for a simple oil change. One day, I checked my oil level and found out it was really low. I googled European shops near me and luckily Broadmoor Luxury Auto Service popped up. I gave them a call and Jacky answered and was willing to take me in within 30 minutes. Mind you I called him on a Saturday at 4:30 pm. Jacky has decades of experience and has so much knowledge that he's willing to share. I have decided to bring my car to Jacky whenever a problem with my car arises.

Jacky and Can continue to impress me. I've brought multiple vehicles to them over the years and will continue for many more. Their knowledge and friendliness are top notch. Thanks guys!

Jacki the Owner takes the best care of my Porsche 911. He works on many makes and models and I trust him completely. I recommend him to clients and friends allways. His garage is beautiful and usually filled with many beautiful automobiles. 5***** for sure

This business is not very professional. Be careful with them. Charged me over price and will not treat you like you are a appreciated customer unless you are Asian. Very pick and choosiest who the tend too. I schedule a diagnostic for a Saturday and arrived before opening to get car diagnosed. I talked to a service mechanic that had arrived early as well. This was at 8am. By 345 pm I had given Jackie a call for him only to tell me that he hasn’t even looked at it . No courtesy call or no type of call. Upon arriving at 5pm they still had not looked at my car nor even try to express there concern with my s550 I usually go to a different Mercedes independent shop not too far away but need diagnostic ASAP . I spoke with him on the phone and he hung up on my face and told me my battery was not installed by him but it was . He took my money for job but didn’t log it in his records as he’s the only tech who has ever touched my rear battery. Please do not bring your car gear unless your Asian then he will speak to you like you are a person . Let’s keep in mind that I have spent thousands at this business . He is not a master tech obviously not competent to figure out a minor problem
