My mom’s usual lash artist was fully booked, and she needed a same-day appointment. Thankfully, they were able to take her in — and she was beyond impressed! From the amazing customer service to the cleanliness and beautiful setup, everything exceeded her expectations. She absolutely loves her lashes — the quality and comfort are truly unmatched. Negative 5 Unsatisfied and Deeply Disappointed My eyebrows and surrounding skin were burned during my appointment. The area became red, swollen, and started peeling, leaving me in pain. I showed her a photo of the look I wanted, which she agreed was beautiful, but her work fell extremely short -- my brows were over-plucked, uneven, and thinner than I wanted. She plucked hairs above my natural brow line, even where I'm microbladed, and later claimed "credits" covered it -- which were only for her mistakes. The chemicals caused what I believe were first-degree burns, and I had important events that weekend, so I had to show up embarrassingly red and peeling. She didn't perform proper prep or mapping, was pushy with upsells, and admitted she avoids credit cards because people dispute charges. I paid via Cash App, and now she refuses to refund me. She should not be performing eyebrow services -- I left with damaged skin and ruined brows. I am appalled by the service I received. The work was completely subpar, caused unnecessary pain, and was not what I requested. I followed all instructions, including using the Neosporin as recommended, so it is dishonest and misleading to claim otherwise. Despite my attempts to resolve this fairly, the business refused to correct the issue or provide a refund. This level of unprofessionalism, dishonesty, and disregard for customers is unacceptable. I will not be returning, and I strongly caution others to consider my experience before using this business. The first two pictures were taken the night after Angel did my eyebrows. You can clearly see Neosporin applied to soothe the burning, irritation, and painful first-degree burns. The next two pictures, taken the following day with sunglasses, show how red, inflamed, swollen, and dry my eyebrows became as they started to crust over. The last picture is the reference I showed her from a professional place in Corona, where I originally got my eyebrows laminated. She left my eyebrows looking nothing like that. The results were far below what I requested, and the damage caused was painful and unacceptable. 👨🏾‍💼
