The administrative staff at this doctor's office are terrible, and the billing manager is even worse when dealing with patients. I went there for a general check-up and subsequently received a bill. I questioned the charge because my insurance covers annual check-ups, so I didn't understand why I was being billed for the visit. I also did not consent to the referral to a dermatologist—which was clearly just a way to generate extra fees. When I raised this, the manager dismissed the amount as insignificant. It was truly appalling—a terrible practice that is clearly just out to make money.

Dr. Huy is great but the staff there is just terrible. Ive called countless times to set up an appointment or try to get updates on referrals but either someone picks up and place you on hold and never get back to you or no one ever picks up. I would leave my contact info for them to give me a call back but never receive any call backs on multiple occasions

I’m a current patient, going through 2 bulging disks and few other big medical things. I have been trying to get into contact with ANYONE for over 2 weeks. Notice how many times I’ve called EACH day. Ive left voicemails each time. I’ve even tried text…my pain management hasn’t received the referral, and it’s already been 5 weeks of me using a walker. I’m NOT even 30!! I’ll happy remove this honest but bad review for a freaking call back!!! I’ve been on hold since the office has opened this morning, decided to drive the 30 mins to the office while in enormous pain. Now I have to pay to see the doctor to discuss getting the referral printed out and put in my hand. So I have to pay my co-pay, and wait over an hour because I’m considered a walk-in. All I want is my freaking referral not to see the doctor. I will update after the appointment.

This office is trash. I've been coming to this Dr. for several months; no issue. Once my elderly mother moved in with me I quickly referred Dr. Nguyen. Come to find out that was the worst recommendation I could ever have made for someone on Medicaid. After several attempts to handle this situation on her own, my mother's insurance company had to call the office to ask the Dr. to submit an authorization to refer my mother to a foot and eye specialist. While my mom was on the phone with the insurance agent the office staff placed them on hold after clearly playing hot potatoes with them several times after finally never coming back to the line to answer their questions. It's been 3 weeks and my mom has been having feet pain and needing glasses.

Doctor Huy Nguyen very good doctor. My dad and kids his patients over 10yrs. Thank you doctor Huy for everything but NOW ALL his workers very worst service. 1. Call for anything put on hold long time and hang off. 2. Anything result for the patient and different nurse call back too many times the same issue. 3. The front desk service Don’t have education to talk and help patients. 4. The nurses need more education to talk and help patients 👎👎👎 ALL HIS STAFF WORKERS WORST SERVICE DOCTOR OFFICE AROUND FORT WORTH AREA 👎👎👎👎👎
