Helen was VERY QUICK and my nails where basically PERFECT. I dont remember the lady that did my daughters nails but she loved them too! Will definitely be coming back here

The place was clean, and they even wiped down the station before I sat down. The chairs are very comfortable. Even with a small miscommunication, the tech I had was very friendly and professional to fix it. Note to self, next time take advantage of the nail color station in the corner, haha! I had a wonderful first time experience. I will definitely recommend!

Great experience!!! Got exactly what I wanted for reasonable price and time! 2nd time going and I’ll definitely be back! I guess it was my nail techs first time trying out tortoise shell and she practiced on a press on before doing it on my nails, I thought that was very kind and professional.

I came to Caesars for the first time today and did not have a good experience. To start, when i picked my color she told me about 15 min later that they were out. Which is fine, I picked another color that was similar. Just for her to tell me 10 min later that she can’t find that color. So not a great start. Jenny was my nail technician and Tony did my pedicure. Tony didn’t ask any questions he just started. He cut my toenails into a coffin shape which was painful and extremely surprising bc i didnt Ask for that. It looks so bad and he didn’t even apologize for it when i expressed That i didn’t appreciate that. I also had to ask him 3 times to cut the rest of my toenails down. Jenny was nice but did not know how to shape nails or cut cuticles. She cut my skin on FOUR of my nails. I’ve never been in so much pain getting my nails done. I left bleeding and burning. They took $10 off my bill but it wasn’t nearly enough

Anna was amazing! She was kind & I was able to tell her exactly what I wanted. I love how you are given the prices for everything as you’re checking in so there’s no confusion. For a design I did tell her what I wanted before she started and she gave me a great quote before. I appreciate it all being straightforward beforehand. They also provide complementary drinks & it’s nice & clean!
