I had the privilege of working with Alex to get my engagement ring. Before Alex, I went to 3 other locations but felt rushed when talking with the jewelers. Alex was super flexible with me and since I don’t live in Austin, she went above and beyond to order in multiple stones for me to choose from that were in the range of what I was looking for. She helped make the ring fit to my price range. I also had a short window of when I needed the ring, 6 days. That was no problem for Alex and the proposal was pulled off! I could not have done it without Alex and the ring is stunning! My fiancé continues to say how perfect it is! It is so good we are inviting her to the wedding!

I’ve been searching for the perfect right-hand ring for nearly 30 years, but I could never quite put into words exactly what I wanted. When I spoke with Dylan at Caleesi Designs Jewelers, he immediately understood my vision. He showed me a custom piece they had created for another client—and it was exactly what I had been imagining all these years. To say I’m impressed and grateful would be an understatement. I recently retired, and this ring is a meaningful gift to myself. I highly recommend them for custom jewelry and beyond. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the jewelers are truly talented. Supporting a local Austin business made the experience even more special. I drove from San Antonio just to visit—and it was absolutely worth the drive!

First of all, there's a sweet store dog, which should already sell you :) On top of that, it was important to us that we feel completely welcomed as a lesbian couple, which we absolutely did! Five stars for how beautiful my custom ring turned out. I had two rings passed down to me and I wanted to combine the stones into one ring, which was complicated with the clashing colors. I also wanted a bark look on the metal, with the tree/twigs intertwining, leaves sprouting out (which I wanted to be a different color metal than the rest!), and needed it all to somehow come together. They were patient with me after doing rendering after rendering of possibilities, with me being very involved in the design process. I never thought I could love a ring so much!!! I think it is so beautiful that I hope they add the design to their website for other people to purchase. Everyone tells me it's like a fairytale ring <3

Dylan, Cathy, and the whole team at Caleesi are phenomenal and I highly recommend them for all things fine jewelry. I worked with Dylan on two pieces; a custom pendant design using a large, irregularly shaped sapphire and the setting of a large diamond into a ring. Both finished pieces exceeded my expectations. Dylan and the team were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, communicative, and went above and beyond to deliver on what I wanted. When you’re trusting someone with something expensive and sentimental, the stakes can feel high and if your experience is anything like mine with this jeweler, you’ll be thrilled.

Caleesi caught my eye with their wonderful photos they posted and my end product didn't disappoint. The whole process was very lovely and simple for someone so unfamiliar with jewelry. I almost felt bad I didn't have more ideas for them! They just did such a great job with my vague ideas haha
