They've helped me purchase and sell homes, as well as helped family and friends. But that's not why you should use them. There are agents who will do the basics, but honestly, when does a purchase or sale ever go exactly the way you want it to? NEVER. That's why you need a team that doesn't shy away from hiccups or setbacks, they lean in. In my most recent experience with Caliber, the house I was selling fell out of escrow THREE times! Why? Forces outside of our control, namely my previous HOA and their inability to ensure required work in our community was completed on time. Long story short, my hands were tied because the work needed to be completed throughout the community in order for a buyer's lender to approve their loan. If I had been working with anyone other than Caliber, I probably would have been told to take my house off the market and wait until the work was done, mind you, I was contingent on another home during this entire process. But Carrie and Charisse didn't back down. Each time we fell out of escrow, they set up another open house, and we'd get new offers. And instead of relying on a buyer's lender, Caliber went out and found a diamond-in-the-rough bank that would approve a buyer's loan for my old place, even with the HOA work still in progress. Their hard work resulted in the sale of my previous house, the purchase of my new home, and an experience that was difficult, but manageable, because I knew Carrie and Charisse had my back. And they'll have your back, too. Oh, and they're funny, which is an added bonus. :)
