Had a wonderful experience from the very beginning. Care Mountain was very flexible on meeting my demands and upfront about everything going in about expectations from both sides. The ladies assigned were friendly and did all tasks with diligence. I'll be honest, there was some starting trouble getting used to the schedule, which is to be expected, but within a few days were able to work efficiently and the results were great. Thank you for the wonderful service and hope the standards remain going forward.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Care Mountain. As the owner, Gagan personally handled all my inquiries before I even committed, answering every question with clarity and patience. Throughout the process, his responses were lightning-fast, always friendly, and incredibly professional—no matter the time or issue. In a world where customer service often falls short, Gagan sets the bar sky-high. I wish every business operated like this!

Last year we started services with Care Mountain. My father in law is a Parkinson's patient. Unlike other companies, Care Mountain was transparent about how they needed time to get the right caregivers who had Parkinson's experience. They did a great job in forming a detailed understanding of his care needs including his stiffness, his sudden 'freezing' and medication and diet schedule. They did not start care right away. In fact, we waited 2 weeks before we got his first caregiver and another week before the second one came onboard. Care Mountain's caregivers followed his daily schedule with discipline I had written it down and posted it on the fridge. I believe his 'off periods' are much less after we got Care Mountain. He is doing better with his swallowing and his moods. They are also handling everything with his long term care policy with john hancock. Thanks to Care Mountain, my husband and I are able to balance my father in law's care along with managing work and kids.

The Care Mountain team has been a wonderful addition to my mother’s care. When we began researching our options, we were looking for someone who would provide conscious care, and that’s what we’ve received. Gagan and Deepti have surrounded themselves with a loving team, and it really shows in the care they provide. We’re extremely happy. Seeing our Mom re-engaged with her life is beyond what we ever imagined.

A few months ago my dad had a pretty nasty fall in the bathroom and has since then been in and out of rehab and back. We wanted to make sure he had dedicated and professional help all the time as he recovered. I researched and spoke extensively with many home care companies in the area and was very impressed with the knowledge and listening skills of the office staff and the quality of the caregivers from Care Mountain. They have taken such good care of my Dad’s care needs and go to great lengths to coordinate with rehab center’s physical therapist and our geriatric doctor to make sure all the necessary steps are being coordinated keeping his safety and steady recovery paramount. This has been a huge help for us since I travel extensively and couldn't have ensured all this close coordination without them. We are about to finish up our services with them and would definitely recommend Care Mountain for people looking for high quality care and a knowledgeable team to help you navigate smoothly in what can be an otherwise confusing healthcare journey for your parents.
