I am thrilled to share my exceptional experience with Dr. Linh Nguyen and his entire staff. Initially, I sought their services for a deep cleaning, but I was so impressed that I've decided to make him our permanent family dentist. Dr. Linh is incredibly thorough, compassionate, and informative. His expertise and caring demeanor were evident during the comprehensive examination for my daughter, husband and myself. The staff took the time to explain every aspect of our dental health and proposed clear, manageable treatment plans for each of us. Their professionalism and the friendly atmosphere of the entire clinic have won over my whole family. I highly recommend Dr. Linh for anyone seeking top-notch dental care and a trustworthy healthcare provider.

My family and I have been going to Dental Spa of Frisco for quite some time, and we cannot recommend Dr. Linh and his team enough! From the moment we walk in, we are greeted with warmth and professionalism. Dr. Linh’s expertise and the care he provides consistently exceed our expectations. I have been a patient of Dr. Linh since he bought the practice from the previous dentist, Dr. Griffin. Dr. Linh was on the faculty at his Alma Mater, the University of Washington, before moving to DFW. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Linh and his staff. I felt some pain one day and he saw me right away. Turns out I had a tooth crack from age and he said the crack went deep into the tooth. Luckily he saw me right away and was able to save the tooth and add a crown. Even my wife, who is hard to please, left her dentist of 15 years because Dr. Linh is so wonderful. If you are looking for a great dentist, go see him. I tease him all the time saying “I only like you because you have skinny fingers”. But really, you won’t be disappointed.

I don't normally write reviews, but I'm going to leave this one so another parent don't waste their time. This business does NOT accept Medicaid per the representative on the phone call today. Despite them being listed on Medicaid's roster (when we recently signed up) AND their website stating that they accept children's Medicaid, they do not. The lady on the phone today stated that they have never accepted it, nor will they ever accept it. She stated that they were supposed to update that information a long time ago. I'm not sure why it hasn't been done yet, so people aren't misled, especially since there is a process to changing providers on the insurance. I called the day before to schedule my children's appointment and that conversation went well, but we decided to hold off on setting the appointment in stone until I spoke with their insurance person today to get more information on copays. I gave her our insurance information that day, and everything seemed fine. It was the following conversation the next day regarding not accepting Medicaid that wasn't as pleasant. The lady on the call today (not sure if she's the insurance person or not, she just answered the phone) seemed professional enough but had the typical tone and attitude of someone who doesn't really want to be at work. Maybe that was just her natural demeanor, though. Either way, please update your information with Medicaid, along with your website, and inform all of your staff that you do not ever plan to accept Medicaid.

Absolutely incredible! The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Linh is exceptionally skilled in his many areas of dental expertise. I have been very pleased with the dental procedures that I have experienced. I would rate this office 8 stars if they were available!
