Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi - Henderson

I stopped by Carrot & Daikon Banh Mi in Henderson and ordered three grilled chicken bánh mì sandwiches, a watermelon drink, and a peach citrus oolong tea. As always, it was a good choice. The grilled chicken bánh mì had plenty of flavor, with tender chicken, fresh vegetables, and a nice balance of textures from the crispy bread and fresh fillings. The sandwiches are a good size and leave you feeling satisfied without being overly heavy. The drinks were refreshing as well. The watermelon drink was light and perfect for a warm day, while the peach citrus oolong tea had a nice balance of fruit flavor and tea without being overly sweet. One of the things I appreciate most about this place is the value. The portions are solid, the ingredients taste fresh, and the prices are reasonable. It’s hard to find many spots that consistently deliver good quality, good size portions, and good prices all at once. Overall, it’s always a reliable stop when I’m craving bánh mì. Good food, good value, and a place I’ll continue coming back to.

This is a place you can trust to have a great meal without breaking the bank. It all was noticeably flavorful even uniquely flavorful and I will remember it. As all reviews stated the portions are generous. The coffee had a strong flavor …

I had never tried a banh mi before, but my first experience at Carrot and Daikon Banh Mi was fantastic. It really had everything you want in a perfect sandwich — fresh bread, delicious sauce, and crunchy fresh vegetables. I first ordered the crispy pork banh mi and it was excellent. The sandwich comes with sauce, pickled radish, cucumber, jalapeño, and cilantro, which all work really well together. The mix of textures and flavors was spot on. I like to get mine with extra sauce and extra veggies on the side, which makes it even better. I also tried the steak banh mi, and it was very good — probably my favorite so far. If pork isn’t your thing, they also have other options like chicken, tofu, and more. And if you don’t like certain toppings, you can always ask them to leave things off. They’ve been open for over a year now, and I’ll definitely be back to try the chicken banh mi next. Give this place a try — it’s worth it!

The power of social media attracted me to this place and I'm glad it did. The banh mi here is no joke and is more than enough food to make you stuffed. Back where I'm from you don't get banh mi sandwiches the size of a Subway footlong. If …

Probably our favourite báhn mì joint near the Southwest. It’s never disappointed us in the many times we have gone so I feel confident giving them a solid five star review for their consistency and quality! The establishment itself is very spacious and we’ve never had a problem finding seating if we’re dining in. It’s clean, well lit, and quite welcoming. The music in the dining area is very lowkey making it easy to chat. Out of all of the báhn mì we have tried the beef options have to be our favourite. Very well seasoned and flavourful. And if you do not handle spice well they are happy to give you your jalapeños on the side. :)
