I want to first give a shoutout to Denise! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience, a warm hospitality, and all around world class service during our visits, Denise! My partner and I love the love rings. Unlike other luxury establishments I have experienced in the past where it was rude and hostile, Cartier exceeds and delivers an inviting and comfortable atmosphere with complimentary chocolates and champagne that you don’t see much anywhere else. Staff is friendly, and Denise is the most sweetest representative that I have ever met to introduce me and my partner to a world class experience and service. Denise was informative, patient, and wanted to ensure we chose the best pieces that complemented us the most for our personal style. Our purchase is professionally wrapped by Denise herself and the talent, artistry, and creativity in the wrapping along with the Cartier stamp is just perfect and amazing. You just can’t find this elsewhere. The rings come with a Cartier Certificate printed in France, and enclosed in high quality envelopes and booklets. I love Cartier and will recommend Denise at this location to everyone I know. Thank you, Denise!

I entrusted a very sentimental watch to Cartier for servicing, and although there was some initial confusion regarding the repair details, the way the team ultimately handled the situation was exceptional. The manager Ben and the sales associate Ramisa, demonstrated true professionalism and care in resolving the matter. They took ownership of the misunderstanding and ensured the watch received the full service it needed. In the end, the entire repair was completed and shipped back to me beautifully. Their willingness to make things right speaks volumes about the level of service and integrity associated with Cartier. We had a wonderful experience at this Cartier store. Our associate Andrea R was one of the best sales associates I’ve worked with. She was very welcoming, attentive and courteous. She ensured we had a top notch experience with everything. We felt very valued as a customer. Very pleased with the product we purchased as well. Will be back to add to the collection.

I went to go pickup a piece of our jewelry that had to be resized and was told there was an hour wait. Never got a text or any type of reservation but nevertheless, I went back after the hour had passed. Walked in, and was told I had to wait even longer just to pick up our jewelry that had already been purchased and was waiting for us. So many associates at the front — just looking at me clueless, any of which could have gone back and grabbed it. Yet, they called over the manager, Ben, who noted I was being aggressive. Aggressive? I just wanted the jewelry I spent thousands for, and was asking for someone to please help me. PLEASE! It’s like only one person in the entire store is able to go grab jewelry… At a high end boutique like this, I expect exceptional service. When I’ve shopped at Van Cleef or Tiffany’s — I’ve been greeted and helped immediately. At Cartier Dallas, they just lost a customer who will never be back. Next time, help your customers who’ve already proven their purchase power. This is unacceptable and I hope no one has the same experience as we did. Btw - I was picking up my wedding ring. It’s really nice of them to hold my ring hostage…. (That’s sarcasm).

I know I'm very late in posting this Google review, but I wanted to share my experience. I can understand why some people may not have felt as welcomed, especially if Andrea wasn't there or was busy. I was fortunate because the very first person who greeted me on my first visit was Andrea. She is one of the sweetest, most helpful, and nonjudgmental people I've ever met. She instantly clicked with me and my family, making us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. She happily showed us anything we wanted to see and never made us feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I already knew what I wanted before walking through the door, but since it was my first visit, I wanted to try on a lot of different pieces. Andrea was so patient, kind, and genuinely happy to help throughout the entire experience. If you're visiting Cartier Dallas, I highly recommend asking for Andrea. She is wonderful, sweet, and truly makes the shopping experience enjoyable!
