Elisa RN here at Centerwell took such great care of my dad for months. She genuinely cared, communicated promptly after hours, and visited him at late notice whenever needed — all with so much kindness and compassion. She’s hands down one of the best nurses that I’ve ever encountered in the decade I’ve cared for my parents. She makes this organization amazing.

CenterWell Asian American Home Health is the best company I have encountered for health services. Every employee we met is extremely professional, well trained and motivated in caring for patients with warmth and passion. I am thrilled by the existence of such a company to care for my mom, an MSA patient of neurodegenerative disease with a dwindling mobility. We usually expect a company just hodgepodge mediocracy in real world given so much not so brilliant experience with insurance, skilled nursing hospitals, ERs and home care. In over a half year of interaction, CenterWell's employees consistently represent probably the highest standards in the home health industry. It all started from 1st visit by Rudolph. During his visit, I was translating from Boston for my mom in the east bay. Gradually I started to realize that I have met a care giver (Rudolph) who is relentless in pursuing perfection in his service, he simply wouldn't let go of any benefits that my mom qualified and should have been received, because the conditions he saw was unacceptable to him, so he immediately ordered hospital bed, made suggestions and organized a team of professions to take care of my mom's well being. It stems from Rodolph's highest standard of caring for patients, and accepts nothing less than thorough. These hard to find qualities more or less are also found in everyone we met from CenterWell, including Dowie (PT), Linda (OT), Trisha (Social) , Tang (Nurse) and Shuchen (Supervisor). This was a wonderful Company to work with. I was in middle of being moved when coming back from Skilled nursing so had many of your people helping me. Each was patient, kind and nurturing as I continued to gain strength. I truly believe the people from your Company are the Best in in the Profession... WenChi and Roopa are wonderful. Both are so nice, caring, responsible, and so profesional. WenChi took such great care of my Mom. She is so sweet and a wonderful nurse. So efficient and gets the job done. Great communicator, I always knew when she was coming. Roopa is such a nice young gal! She was great working with my Mom and completing the needed exercises. She has a really soothing voice and Mom responded well to her. We loved hearing about her little guy. Thank you both WenChi and Roopa! You are both awesome!
