The worst place you can come . Suite 106. They mistreat you since you arrive. It makes you come back to take a simple drug and alcohol test. You must come with a full belly or they will only tell you that you must wait an hour for them to attend to you . They keep an eye on you all the time and did not want to close the package in front of me. So I already had to get angry and tell him a few truths . A health professional is for the patient . Do not have a hard time for the patient . Do not come here, there are thousands of places with better care. I do NOT recommend this place.

Follow up to previous review- I continue to struggle with the poor office production because the therapists are fantastic and almost like family due to our continued need for them. I am finally throwing in the towel and finding a new company due to office negligence. Every single time (about 5 now) it takes a miracle and Flora, pt supervisor, to get anything accomplished. The two stars are strictly for PT ladies. Negative stars for office. The therapist who come to the house have been phenomenal. We have used them several times and have always been pleased. The only issue i have ever had has been with the office staff. It is very difficult to get them moving but the people who come out are fantastic.

Nothing but issues and runaround with supplies and orders on home health side. Nurses and therapists providing visits are kind and professional. Whoever is running the office/admin side did not care when we had to order our own supplies …
