I rate Teri Ramirez 10 stars out of 5! She was literally incredible. I have to say that I was very nervous about the process and act of selling my house. My wife and I have never sold a house before. A friend of ours strongly suggested we use Teri and we are so thankful we did! We had a million questions. Teri answered them all, day and night. She is professional, kind, funny, knowledgeable and truly cares about you and your situation. She really held our hand through every step of the house selling process - from open house to closing! As a bonus, her husband and realtor partner ,Bobby, was also always available to help and answer any questions! One of the best things about Teri is that she gets results! Our house was on contract only after being on the market for a week and a half! You are getting the best when you use Teri Ramirez as your realtor!

Iveta Lynam was truly the most wonderful Realtor we could have ever worked with during our first home buying experience. Seriously, call her right now if you need a buyer or seller agent; our friends who referred us knows we should’ve called her sooner. Iveta, not only goes above and beyond, she truly cares and takes her clients best interests to heart. She will drop everything during her day and drive by a house that even looks remotely like something that we would be interested in. She has amazing ethics during offers and negotiations; never overstepping, I was truly impressed. She will comb through every detail physically in the home and also thoroughly review(timely) with all paperwork, receipts, and vendor recommendations. She is not there to steer you toward the wrong house or make you select the first house you see for a quick sale. She’s there to think about bigger picture advice and advocate even the smallest of details that matter. I knew that if I texted her early or late, she’d message me back in a heartbeat with the best advice and info, no problem at all. I was extremely nervous to find an agent as a first time home buyer, completely clueless where to start, but Iveta was the biggest blessing to our home buying journey as soon as I contacted her. I truly believe we wouldn’t be moving into our dream home without her. I cannot thank Iveta enough! And I will be contacting her for future business and referring her to family and friends!

I had the pleasure of working with Tonya Romine and when I say hands down she has been the best realtor I have ever worked with I mean it. She was able to rent one of my rentals in less than a month.
