I was honestly shocked to be charged $178 for this appointment. I requested a very basic cat-eye acrylic overlay with no artwork or designs, yet the result does not reflect a true cat-eye finish. The color looks flat and significantly different from the sample I selected. My toes also do not match my hands, and the polish application on my pedicure was very light and uneven, to the point where it looks barely applied (see photos). I had visited once before prior to my trip and decided to give the salon a second chance, requesting the same type of service. However, on this visit, the pricing was not consistent with my previous experience, and the final total was not clearly explained. While my nails are longer, even taking that into account, the price felt excessive for such a basic service. Additionally, some of the pedicure services listed were not actually performed. I asked the shop owner and his words were “not everyone likes everything” so WHY list it? Why did no one ask me! Or better question why charge me for services without asking me my preferences. Option was taken away from the me as a customer… big yikes. Objectively: The finish was not a true cat-eye The tone did not match the sample selected The toe polish application was poor The price did not align with the outcome or the salon’s tier I’ve been getting my nails done professionally for years, and this is by far the most I’ve ever paid for such low-quality polish application. I still tipped because the staff was kind and attentive, but the results simply did not match the price point. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning. I strongly recommend asking for a clear price breakdown upfront before receiving services.

The manicurist, Lee, did a wonderful job with the shape and design of my nails. She is very patient and meticulous with the design I requested and delivered! Very happy with how my nails turned out. Highly recommend CH nails and Lee if your wanting beautiful shapely nails with design that's on pt! Update: happy with how my mani turned out, but the new lady who did my pedi injured the bottom of my foot and burned me with the lotion. Called and spoke with the owner, but he didn't seem to care or listen.

Ben, listens attentively, and he did exceptional work. My pedicurist, Tee, was amazing. I’ll definitely return and highly recommend them. The prices are reasonable, and they even offer free wine!🍷 😄😄😄😄😄😄😄

I found CH Nails about 9 months ago and have had nothing but good experiences. The first year and a half that I lived in Houston, I'd bounce from nail spa to spa, unhappy with the inconsistency of each place. Finally, I found somewhere I can trust. My very first visit was just days before leaving on my honeymoon. I arrived and it turns out I scheduled an appointment for the wrong week. When I told them about my upcoming honeymoon, they not only fit me in, but took their time doing the intricate design I wanted. They were so accommodating, patient, and kind. Every visit since, I've been greeted with the same compassion. Everyone knows me by name and I feel genuinely welcomed. Not only is the service wonderful, but they do a really good job. Brian, Mary, and Nathan are fabulous, but I haven't had a bad experience with anyone. Brian is definitely my go-to for designs. He has a steady hand and is very meticulous in his work. I've had gel, acrylic, and dip done. They do it all well! Their prices are also reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for. They are also very generous. Recently I had one of my nails break badly after my dog tugged on his leash too hard. I went in to have Brian redo the one nail (including a 4-color design) and when I went to pay for the service, he insisted I didn't owe him anything. I tried to insist on at least leaving a tip, but he wouldn't let me. I was so blown away by this act of kindness and know everyone at CH truly cares about their clients. I won't go anywhere but CH now that I've found them.
