Chad Miller Auto Care

I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever seen at Chad Miller Auto Care. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude, dismissive, and even laughed at my friend’s situation. At one point, they actually referred to his car as “Humpty Dumpty.” What was even more frustrating was being told they wouldn’t even inspect the car unless we agreed to a caliper replacement first. That’s not how you earn a customer’s trust. We ended up taking the car to EC Quality Car Care, and the experience was the complete opposite. They treated us with respect, listened to our concerns, properly diagnosed the issue, and repaired the car without mocking anyone or making us feel unwelcome. I cannot recommend Chad Miller Auto Care based on my experience. If you’re looking for a shop that values professionalism and customer service, I’d avoid this place. If you’re looking to be treated with respect and have your concerns taken seriously, I’d recommend EC Quality Car Care instead. Customer service matters, and unfortunately this experience was a complete disappointment. BTW DIDNT NEED A NEW CALIPER

I've used Chad Miller Auto Care for years and never given them their proper due through a review and a score that they truly deserve. Chad and his team have always demonstrated integrity, clear communications, and expertise (Chad also has a great sense of humor). Finding a shop like this is a rare thing indeed. Thank you Chad Miller!

New in San Antonio, and for the first time, I decided to take my car to a mechanic instead of waiting for an appointment at the dealership ( which would be overpriced ) .They took the diagnostic I got previously and explained the two possible outcomes. They were transparent and great prices. I am happy that I found a family-owned ( not small) mechanical shop. Great customer service!

If I could give 10 stars I gladly would. I don't typically leave reviews but Chad has more than earned it. He could have easily taken me for all he could but I learned that day, it's not his character. He provided his thoughts and genuine recommendations and I appreciate him so much for that. Chad Miller Auto Care will be my go to shop going forward.

Chad himself responded to my on line request to check out my car. I messaged a friend and her husband William highly recommended Chad Miller Auto Care ! Thank you 🙏🏼. The ford dealer was quoting me almost $6000 for a car that may be worth $10,000. A light came on after I had service done and I brought it to the dealer as I was preparing for a long trip . I felt something was not put back on right after the shocks and structs were replaced .The dealer told me I was needing a whole new reprogrammed system plus some “grinding “ repaired . I decided to take William’s advise . Chad and his team tightened things up and no more noise; then the other light went off . Instead of $6000 I paid less than $300 for labor!!! Wow , thank you ! I get to get back on the road to my next nursing job. I do believe this place is more than my story . Chad and his team were not only professional ; they showed kindness and a willingness to hear my need . I pray they are blessed in all their current needs .
