I can’t say enough good things about Alexis at Chanel’s Hair Boutique. From the moment you walk in, you can tell her shop is on another level—beautiful, pristine, and thoughtfully run. She never overbooks, which makes the entire experience feel calm and personalized. I especially appreciate how communicative she is—she always keeps you updated by text if anything shifts, whether it’s timing adjustments or if she can get you in earlier. What really sets Alexis apart is her skill and speed. She works efficiently without ever sacrificing quality. Her weaves are immaculate—truly some of the most natural-looking work I’ve ever had. The partial leave-out she did for me blended so perfectly that it genuinely looked like the hair was growing straight out of my scalp. The custom color match was exact, and the texture of the hair she used was incredibly soft, natural, and high-end. The braid and sew technique she uses is secure and long-lasting (while still keeping your natural hair healthy underneath), and the versatility is amazing—I can even pull everything up into a ponytail and it still looks completely seamless. I’ve gotten so many compliments, and people genuinely think it’s my real hair. On top of that, the products she uses are clearly premium—they smell amazing and leave your hair feeling as good as it looks. Alexis delivers a luxury-level experience with flawless results every time. She’s truly exceptional at what she does.

I got my hair dyed a little over a month ago and the color is still so vibrant! The service was quick and Alexis is super friendly and knowledgeable. My hair remains healthy after she applied a keratin treatment that softened up the texture and gave me more defined curls! Definitely worth it.

I have been going to Alexis for almost 10 years. Where do I start she is amazing. I never have to wait. Her salon is clean and chill. We have a great time. She is well adept in all hair textures including my 4c hair. She can do ponytails, braids, and color. Her mom Elaine made me an amazing well fitted wig that Alexis colored to match my hair. I have been so fortunate to find Alexis. She has made my hair journey easier!

I’ve been coming to Chanel’s Hair Boutique for over five years now, so this review is way overdue! Alexis and her team always take such good care of my hair. The salon is clean, welcoming, and has a really good energy. I’ve gotten curly haircuts and curly extensions from Alexis, and she always comes through—my hair always looks amazing. Also, her mom makes this organic rosemary and jojoba oil that I’m obsessed with. It makes my hair sooo soft and smells so good—it’s honestly one of my favorite products, and I have a lot! I have a pretty sensitive scalp, and Alexis is always super gentle and patient. She really knows what products work best for my hair type and always makes sure my scalp stays happy too. Highly recommend!

Alexis is a true master of her craft. I have been coming to her for nearly ten years — most recently for curly sew-in extensions — and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair, which I’m very particular about. She‘s expertly skilled and experienced at making sure the blend is on-point — from color, texture to cut. The curly extensions she’s done on me look so natural that people can’t even tell they’re sew-ins, they just assume my hair has grown super quickly. She goes out of her way to make sure my hair is exactly the way I like it and I feel so comfortable communicating my needs with her. She‘s the best!
