I had a wonderful experience at Change Hair & Beauty today! I got the Japanese keratin treatment and I’m very impressed with the quality. The product smells nice and is not strong at all — no burning in my eyes or nose like other treatments I’ve tried before. After the treatment, my hair feels incredibly soft, smooth, and shiny. It looks much healthier and is so much easier to manage. On top of that, they even gave me a hair care treatment to take home, which I truly appreciate. It shows how much they care about their clients and the long-term results. Thank you to Young and Hanry for being professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the whole process. They did an amazing job! I will definitely come back again. Highly recommended! ✨💖

The best perms!! It feels very natural and very smooth, didn’t dry or damage my hair. I got it done today and it looks very good and I am really happy with it. Hair stylists are very nice and do great job. So Kim has been my favorite hair stylist for over 5 years and this has been my go-to place for perms and haircuts!

Change Hair & Beauty has a new owner, her name is Soyoung (Young) and I’ve been following her for the past few years ever since she was located at Pika Pika in Plano. She has always taken good care of my hair for a very fair price and it was all done within 30mins! I truly underestimated her skills. If she saw that my hair needed some extra maintenance, she would be honest about it and provide solutions. She even gifted a hair essense for my dry ends (good thing too, I was in desperate need). I washed my hair prior but if you need a wash before, she can have that done for you as well. She mentioned that she will be hiring more stylists for men & women, but in the meantime it is just her and her sons. They do hair coloring & perms (which I am considering doing) and I will be coming back. They also have punch cards where your 3rd haircut will get 20% off! I can’t wait to see how far her business will grow. Good luck Young!

Henry did a wonderful job at bleach retouchin my roots and dyeing my hair to a beautiful pink color! It’s not too saturated and was done very professionally; I felt very comfortable during the process and it’s nice that the Zion food court is right next door for a quick bite and sweet treat. Young also trimmed my hair after dyeing my hair which is very appreciated. I highly recommend coming here if you wanna try out a fun color ☺️🌸

Henry is absolutely the best! My long hair was done so elegantly and stylishly. I’ve been to many hairdressers in the DFW area, and no one even comes close to how Henry hair.
