Chic Nails Lounge

After reading the salon’s response, I would like to clarify that I was not aware of the additional French tip and reshape charges before they were added to my bill. If those fees had been discussed with me beforehand, I would not have been surprised at checkout. My review is based on my personal experience. The nails are not terrible, but the communication, pricing transparency, and overall experience did not meet my expectations. I have gotten my nails done here before and never had an issue prior to today ——————— The nails are okay, but I left disappointed. I was not told beforehand that there would be an additional charge for French tips and another charge for reshaping, which added over $25 to my bill. I believe customers should be informed of extra charges before services are performed… I also asked for the nails to be made thinner, but there was very little difference. The French tip design also ended up thicker than I wanted. During the appointment, the nail tech was texting on her phone while working on my nails, which felt unprofessional.. The nails aren’t terrible, but for nearly $100 I expected better communication, attention to detail, and a result that matched what I requested… I spent $25 extra without being informed. Be aware of extra costs before booking your appointment!

I got my nails done 03/16 with my daughter and my friend. The lady cut my daughter in almost every finger!! I wish I had gotten a picture but my daughter was EMBARASSED and didn’t let me. My nails and my friends nails look super grown out! The lady didn’t even cover my entire nail with the acrylic or polish! So my nails look like they’re two months old instead of a week old! Just look at the pics! All are from the past week. First pic is from the first day. The lady that did my nails filed into my SIDE WALLS because she didn’t cover my entire nail with acrylic and it was painful! She ignored every OW I made. Nails services should not be painful! Why isn’t the acrylic up to my cuticle?! These nails look SO OLD!! This is just LAZY AND SLOPPY. I spent $230 and tipped $20 because I didn’t notice how bad they were at first! It’s been a while since I got my nails done. I could tell they were rushing and just wanted my money! They don’t even ask you to wash your hands before the service. Their tools are dusty and they reuse the same brush on each client without sanitizing, and they use the same liquid they used on previous clients instead of using fresh! When I left I really saw how bad my nails were! I haven’t even had them for two weeks and I need to take them off already!! Waste of money and will never be back! They begged for a Google review well here it is!!!!!! Daisy did my nails. Never again!! And what’s crazy is if you look at other people’s reviews and look at their cuticle and around their nails, you’ll see just what I mean! You can see the time stamp in last photo for proof of when I got them!

Came here off of one of my coworkers recommendations and was so pleased by my first experience here. They were able to take me as a walk in and did a fantastic job on my nails. My nail technician was Ellen and she did a great job with the reference photo that I gave her. She also was super timely! She literally was done by the time my lunch break was over so shout out to her lol! I will definitely be coming back. By the way, the set was $90.🫶🏽
