" We used to eat at the Chins in San Marcos back in the mid to late nineties. It was our all-time favorite Chinese Restaurant. We are staying here in Del Mar and ordered "to go" at Chins just down the street. Food is still delicious as we ordered Honey Sesame Duo, Beef Chop Suey, and Pork Pot stickers.
