Christian Brothers Automotive Grant Road

These guys are the best! They have great customer service ! Excellent communication! My A C was having issues.. they fixed it.. now I don't burn up in my car. You can always speak with someone regarding your vehicle. Everyone is extremely professional, I appreciate this shop so much. I have other family members that get repairs on their vehicles here with Christian Bro. Honest and trustworthy. Thank you guys for your awesomeness!

The gentleman at this location was incredibly respectful, knowledgeable, and helpful. He took the time to get under the hood and personally show me where the issues were, explaining everything in a way that I could understand. I truly appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile. I couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent service! The price was a bit much so I couldn’t get serviced that day. But I left understanding my safety was a major concern.

Great service. John was incredibly helpful. Very fast turnaround. My repairs were done in 3 days. While the insurance company dragged their feet for 2 weeks I was back in my vehicle in 3 days. The pickup service as well as the driver were excellent as well. Great payment options offered there as well. My new mechanic of choice.

I had an excellent experience with Christian Brothers on Grant Road. John helped coordinate my service on my Lexus ES350, and he was professional, helpful, and kept me informed throughout the process. Everyone I interacted with there was courteous and genuinely cared about helping me. The technicians did an outstanding job on my Lexus ES350. They completed extensive work that my vehicle needed, and I can truly feel the difference. My car is driving much better, and I appreciate the quality and care that went into the repairs. They also went above and beyond by providing transportation to my home while my car was being serviced and picking me up when it was ready. That courtesy made the whole experience much easier. I highly recommend Christian Brothers on Grant Road. Thank you to John, the technicians, and the entire team for taking excellent care of my Lexus ES350!

Christian Brothers Automotive really took care of me from the moment I walked through the door. Karon so caring and professional. I got an oil change, alignment, and control arm bushing done, along with an inspection. He even connected me to another provider for tires, which I appreciated. That kind of honesty goes a long way. Karon was the best. He made sure the service and professionalism were top-tier from start to finish. I really appreciate Christian Brothers, and my car does too!
