As a female who went alone to the shop - - everything about my experience here was 5 stars, this was my first time here and I will officially be making this my car shop from here on out. Bill was so kind, explained everything to me and never once treated me like I didn’t know what he was talking about. Brandon’s notes on my car were easy to understand and they even told me it was covered by the dealership. Ken was a joy driving me in the free shuttle which is an amazing benefit they have. Robert helped me at the end by printing out everything I would need for the dealership. These people run a great operation and treat everyone with kindness.

I’m a little late posting this, but I just wanted to say that my first experience at CBA was amazing. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. I let them know I needed an oil change, and they got right to work. While I was waiting, they completed an initial inspection of my vehicle and made me aware of a few things that may need attention soon. The manager also told me about an amazing package they offer that’s basically like an extended warranty. To me, it was a no-brainer deal. The customer service I received was beyond exemplary. As soon as I left, I was already telling my friends and family about Christian Brothers and the package they offer. I’m glad I made the decision to come here. Thanks, guys!

First time to visit CBA, brought my truck in for a front end alignment. I was greeted warmly upon arrival and was asked several questions as to why I needed the alignment. I was given a fair price for the work and was told it would take about an hour. I was offered refreshments, and the job was completed in less than an hour. Mr. Doty made some recommendations for my next visit, no pushy sales tactics which I appreciated. I’ve received several follow up notifications from management, mainly thanking me for choosing CBA. The truck drives like it should, overall it was a really good experience and will be bringing both vehicles to CBA when maintenance is needed.

This company won my trust after Alan went above and beyond to help me with situation. My hybrid Lincoln MKZ had been damaged from a jump start. I had not yet decided to take my car to the shop but Alan still took my Vin number and printed out the wiring chart for car. He told me would call me back. In the mean time I begin to get my car towed to another mechanic shop when Alan called me with his analysis from his research. I was so impressed that I stopped my car mid-tow and redirected it to Christian Brothers. Once Alan got the car he was able to pinpoint the problem to my car when other establishments had mis-diagnosed my car. The price difference saved me over $2000. Yes take your car here! ALWAYS take your car here! This is the definition of a genuinely , honest mechanic with great customer service for the people. 5 stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and helpful! I have taken my car here multiple times and they always do a great job. I truly appreciate how they take the time to explain everything and give transparent advice. Highly recommend them!
