Ciel Nail Lounge

I personally wouldn't recommend this nail salon. The salon itself is beautiful, has a nice atmosphere, and offers a lot of services that other nail salons don't. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a good one. I got a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The pedicure was fine, but during my manicure, the nail technician cut me while shaping my nails. She apologized, and at the time I accepted it, but I didn't realize how bad the cut actually was until later. When I went to pay, I politely asked if they could at least offer a 10% discount because of what happened. The front desk associate got the manager, and instead of addressing the situation professionally, the manager repeatedly asked, "Where?" even after I clearly showed her the cut. She then said she needed to ask the technician to "make sure the cut wasn't already there," which I found very unprofessional and honestly insulting. The technician admitted that she had accidentally cut me, but despite that, the manager only took $3 off my $110 total and seemed annoyed that I had even brought it up. Accidents can happen, and I understand that. My disappointment comes from how the situation was handled. A little accountability and better customer service would have gone a long way. Based on my experience, I wouldn't recommend this salon.

By far disappointed with my nails. I went on Wednesday May 13th, I paid for Gel Manicure set. I left with hair on my nails, pillow fibers, and bumps on my nails, some weren’t even painted all the way around. I paid a total of $180. Ridiculous. It’s been about a week and they started to peel off two days ago! May 27th update: all of the gel nails are off! Only lasted two weeks! Smh. I will be disputing this charge through my bank.

I’ve been to Ciel for years. This morning I went right when they opened and wasn’t super busy. I wish I got the ladies name but she did an awesome job. I bent my finger nail the previous day. When I told her that it was tender she took extra care to make sure she didn’t cause me any discomfort. She was really gentle and made sure I was happy with my nails and shape.

I’ve been coming to this place for years now, I love Tee he’s always willing to work with whatever design I want, Holly is the best when it comes to pedicure 😍

Went in to relax after work and left even more stressed. My nails were already at a great length, but the service was a mess. The tech seemed new and was doing the cat eye so bad I stopped her mid-service and just went with a fill so I could leave. I didn't want to make a scene while overwhelmed, but getting home I see my nails are cracked and totally uneven. Unacceptable quality:/
