I recently had an IUD insertion done by Dr. Bui, and the procedure was much smoother than I expected. The insertion was quick, gentle, and surprisingly painless. Dr. Bui explained the process clearly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. I truly appreciate her skill, patience, and caring approach. I highly recommend Dr. Bui to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate OB-GYN.

I love Dr. Bui and her staff. This is my first pregnancy and I am a very nervous person. Everyone was so kind and patient. The nice ladies at the front and the phlebotomist explained everything to me and helped me understand the process of being seen and doing tests. Dr. Bui made me feel so incredibly comfortable. I was very early in my pregnancy at me first visit and had to us the wand for my ultrasound but she made it as quick and simple as possible. Explained everything she was seeing on the scan as well as things that we should look out for. She answered all my questions and concerns and assured me everything was going as it should be. She even went on to explain what to expect for future visits and testing. Best experience I have ever had with a doctor and I am so glad to be her patient. Thank you Dr. Bui and staff❤️

Dr Bui is so kind and considerate, I have been to her several times and will continue to visit. She was extremely gentle and patient during my Mirena removal and insertion, and she had a great bedside manner

Not a good experience with this Dr. she loves to push c sections on expecting mothers without cause and to me I believe it’s because it cost more for a woman to have a c section rather than a vaginal birth. I do not like the southwest location, the staff weren’t as friendly nor did they make me feel comfortable. I decided to go elsewhere for my pregnancies after having my first child here. She tried to push another c section on me for my second child, then bill me ahead of time when I told the office that I would be going to another DR for my second pregnancy. They still billed me for a potential 2nd c section even though I never even stayed with this DR that long for the 2nd pregnancy I left this facility while still in my first trimester and went to UTH where I was told I didn’t need to do c section I can do vaginal. Even after leaving Dr. Bui she still billed me for a 2nd c section for no reason so I called her office and was told I’m basically on the banned list and never able to be a patient under her care anymore…. Like, ok? Are you guys upset that I left and found a DR more suitable for my 2nd pregnancy.

Same thing here. I was billed for a procedure which was not performed. The office is not helpful about clearing these charges. Be wary and think about going here unless you have plenty of money to spare.
