City Wide Realty

I had such a great experience working with Kateryna! From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful. She was quick to answer all of my questions, flexible with scheduling, and extremely knowledgeable about the property and the application process. I always felt like I was in good hands and that they truly cared about making sure everything went smoothly. If you’re looking for a listing agent who is organized, communicative, and just overall great to work with, I can’t recommend her enough.

Andrew made my apartment search super easy and stress free. He really listened to what I wanted, stayed on top of everything, and was always quick to respond. You can tell he actually cares and isn’t just trying to rush you into a place. He took his time walking me through every step, answering all my questions, and making sure I felt confident with every decision. Even when things got a little overwhelming, he stayed patient and kept everything on track, which made a huge difference. I ended up finding an apartment I love thanks to him. Definitely recommend Andrew if you want someone reliable and easy to work with.

Andrew and Kateryna were absolutely AMAZING to work with! They’re incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to show my boyfriend and I some great options. They really listened to what we were looking for in an apartment and were super helpful when walking us through pricing and details. Even though I didn’t end up renting one of their listings, I would absolutely work with them again in the future. It’s hard to find great real estate companies in the city, but they truly made the experience enjoyable!

No one ever answers the phone at the office. I scheduled a viewing with Lamar Tymes twice, and both times he never showed up. There was no text, no email, and he didn’t answer my calls, so I was left waiting with no communication. I would have much rather worked with Andrew, who seems far more responsive and professional. At this point, whenever I see a City Wide listing, I immediately move on because my experience has been so disappointing. 2 stars so this review can’t be deleted.

Andrew and Katya helped my girlfriend and I in our apartment search. They were professional, friendly, and extremely mindful when considering what we desired in a unit. They listened to what we liked and disliked and were great communicators. Generally, l don’t enjoy the process of working with realtors as things can be tedious, impersonal, and salesy. Working with Andrew and Katya was anything but and I would be delighted to work with them again.
