Claws and Cream

Great place for some soft serve ice cream fo about $6. They have durian, taro, and vanilla that are pretty tasty and taste just right. We also tried the $10 Dubai chocolate which was good but a bit too sweet for us. They allowed samples before purchasing so it’s great. The place is roomy and spacious. They have a number of claw machines which the kids had a great time playing. They won two little toys. The token machine broke down and the server boy gave us 5 tokens for free which made the experience even better.

Cute and spacious place for claw machines w/ drinks & foods. Went here on Friday afternoon to get a cold drink (hot weather) not realizing that they have the buy one get one free so I got it. Easy parking since it has a size parking lot. Menu is big but easy to order with nice and friendly staff. As I wanted, I noticed that they have like a dozen of claw machines with varies type of toys. The seating area was HUGE overlooking the GG blvd with ceiling to floor glass window. Plus they do have seats outside the entrance too. After 25mins, I realized that they forgot my order since other people came after and they got their drinks and left. I asked and they did forgot my order. So after 30mins, I got my drinks…they did apologized for it. The drinks was okey, abit watering then I expected but did the cooling down from the heat so.

Claws and Cream is a hidden gem in OC. This new dessert shop features house made soft serve, desserts, artisan drinks, and more. In addition to their unique and irresistible offerings, they have various claw machines with the cutest plushies (bye Round One 👋). The amazing owners are a brother and sister duo who make everything in house with love and care that you can truly taste in every bite or sip. This place is perfect for studying, grabbing a quick sweet treat, and bringing your loved ones to take home some new plushy friends. Here is everything we got: 🍦 The pandan coconut / matcha soft serve with Oreo and sprinkles. Most toppings are free and flavors can be mixed upon request. 🍪 Dubai Chocolate Cookie. A perfect texture combination of crispy and chewy with pistachio cream filling. The cookies are only sold on weekends but are a MUST. 🍵 Matcha black sesame latte. Strong matcha flavor and nutty black sesame cream. The black sesame is toasted by hand in-house! Everything we tried was amazing. If you're in the area and debating between Somisomi and here, I promise you won't be disappointed coming here instead. Living in LA, we've had our fair share of desserts and cafes. The desserts, overall vibe, unique concept, and hospitality here are unmatched. Definitely will be coming back here when we're in OC!

Everyone working here is very friendly. The interior is also super cute and they have plenty of outlets and wifi if you want to study or work. We got the bulgogi fries, fried spam musubi, Dubai chocolate soft serve, and peach oolong tea. The fries are a big portion and I think justifies the price. They tasted perfect, tasty meat and crispy fries. The fried musubi is served with sauces on the side so you can dress it as you like. Also fried crispy and hot. I think the dubai chocolate soft serve was my favorite since it's vanilla ice cream as the base. The chocolate isn't too rich and you get a lot of the pistachio cream. The peach oolong tea was flavored perfectly. The cashier asked if I wanted to adjust the sweetness, so that's an option here. We didnt play the claw games, but they have some cute toys inside and the machines aren't crazy loud like some other places. Would come back for sure. This is a great spot to have a snack and kill time.

I don’t usually review ice cream parlors, but this one just deserved one. It’s a small unassuming corner shop but when entering you can see in-person that the owner takes pride in their store space. It’s elegantly lined with flowers, pin cushioned upholstered seats and the green colored template easy on the eyes makes for a good fun date spot. The ice cream is fluffy and contains real ingredients blended in eg pandan leaves in the panda coconut, and durian fruit in the creamy durian ice cream. You can take free samples which were large, and also get a full serving half and half flavors! And free toppings is just excessively good! The logo is really neat and the store actually has a fixation to UFO Claw machines which is cute. And Free Lactase Enzyme pills! Cmon My gosh this parlor hits right. I’ll be coming for more…
