Always a great experience with CMD! I took my old car with a failed alternator in without an appointment and they had it all ready to go by the end of the day. They always keep my favorite vehicle (2006 Highlander) running smoothly over the years.

CMD Automotive deserves every bit of this 5-star review. After terrible, unsafe experiences at other shops, CMD was an absolute breath of fresh air. From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and genuinely focused on keeping me safe, not upselling me. I brought my car in after Firestone and Valvoline both missed (and in one case caused) serious issues. CMD did a complete vehicle inspection for free, and within minutes they identified everything the other shops had overlooked. They caught that my oil cap had been screwed on crooked, which could have caused major engine damage, and they clearly explained why it mattered and how to fix it. They also checked my brakes themselves and measured my pads at 5 mm (not the 4 mm Firestone claimed) and reassured me that I did not need the expensive brake job I was quoted elsewhere. The entire team was kind, thorough, and incredibly trustworthy. They walked me through each issue without scaring me or pressuring me into unnecessary work. I never once felt rushed or talked down to. It’s rare to find an auto shop that cares more about their customers than their sales, and CMD absolutely proved that those shops still exist. I left feeling safe, informed, and genuinely grateful. CMD Automotive has earned all of my future business, I’m not taking my car anywhere else.

I wouldn't recommend this place to any of My Family or Friends. Had A bad experience. My Truck had A slow leak coming from the Manifold which was told through A Transmission mechanic, that done Transmission work. I then take My truck to CMD they said it's $165 to diagnose the Truck, I did mention there is A leak in the Manifold. Office Sales rep calls & says it is your Manifold. I approve the $2500 repair he said that will repair your issue. I get my truck back and drive away from CMD. 10 minutes away the Truck starts overheating, didn't overheat before any repairs were made. I go back to CMD they find A hose from the Manifold to the Engine block with multiple cuts on the hose. Common sense is to replace the $10 hose before giving it back to the Customer. They repair the hose, I get home to see the repairs that were done to the truck. I popped the hood to find A tool on my engine, disappointed!! Drive the Car A day later, it overheated again this time I have to tow it back to CMD. Now they said the Radiator is bad. I paid $165 diagnostic fee, why didn't they find it then? Pay another $560 for A new Radiator. What frustrated me more I told them about the Manifold leak, they should've of seen the Radiator issue with the Diagnostic, not when A customer brings it back A second time on A tow truck after A recent big repair. I would not do Business with this Company in the Future!!!

Took my car in for an evaluation. The news could have been better, but that's not their fault. But it was obvious to me they really didn't want to work on the car. Would if I pushed. Conversation seemed to be talking down to me, but they were professional. Picked up the car and got home, smelled something burning. The front shock cover was either not replaced or replaced improperly ($48 for a replacement) and the passenger side upper panel was not reattached as it should be. (It was attached when I dropped it off).

Got my car in and out within a few hours! Very reasonably priced and great customer service.
