Alice and Stan provided wonderful care for my mom. They were able to have caregivers start almost immediately after a fall that required her to have in-home care. They told us they want to provide the level of care they'd want for their own parents, and that's exactly what they offer. They're caring, responsible, reliable, and excellent communicators. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Alice and Stan from ComFor Care South Bay. After our elderly mother was discharged from a terrible SNF that value profit over people, ComFor Care was a true and much-needed relief. Through our workplace benefit program, Bright Horizon, we were connected with their team and ended up using all of our allocated days because the support was exceptional. While there were natural hiccups and challenges in finding the right caregiver match, Alice's involvement made all the difference. She was consistently available, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure our mother received the care she deserved. Stan was equally supportive, professional, reassuring, and always willing to help. During the time our mother was receiving care, our father unexpectedly had to be admitted to the ICU for three nights. ComForCare stepped in immediately and managed to arrange an overnight caregiver on extremely short notice, giving us the peace of mind to finally rest and get some sleep during an incredibly stressful moment. Our parents are only getting older, so we know we will be reaching out to ComFor Care again and we feel truly at ease knowing they will be there when we need them.

Alice introduced each new staff to my mom and went through the details with each staff of tasks on the caring list. Stan and Alice consistently went above and beyond to ensure that my mom received the best care possible. There was a slight initial hesitation to take my request but I pushed it. Got the best overnight care post surgery. Owners, the one they sent to pick me up from the surgical center, their helpers were all very kind. Thanks to Nia and Katea. Awesome team!

ComForCare has been assisting with the care of my 98 year dad who resides in my home. Each caregiver has been so kind, patient and gentle with my father. He receives help in bathing and doing his daily exercises. One of the caregivers consistently sweeps the floor of my kitchen! Doing my dad’s laundry, changing his bed and keeping his living space clean and tidy are so helpful and brings me peace of mind.
