Uyen is probably one of the best nail techs I’ve had since I moved from Puyallup and switched locations. She completely replicated the example photo I showed her. I really appreciated that she evened out my nails nicely before placing the acrylics. She was incredibly gentle, warm and very sweet. My entire experience was really really pleasant! I am definitely booking with her ahead of time 💕 Update 7/17: It’s been 3 weeks…I told Uyen she’s the nail fairy god mother ✨💫 I showed her my inspo pic & she slayed it 1000% better 🙌🏼🫶🏼 She is so careful, gentle, and very considerate of your needs! I appreciate all of her attention to detail. There’s a business saying that goes- “It’s never just about the product—it’s about the experience. I’ve been coming here for a couple years now, but this visit wasn’t great. My acrylics were applied too thick and caused noticeable pain and pressure around my cuticles. When I first brought it up, I was told it was normal, but it didn’t feel right. I went back the next day, and they did thin them out and fix them, and they feel much better now. I appreciate the correction, but I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously from the start. I feel like if i hadn’t advocated for myself I would’ve been brushed off. spending 65$ on a full Ombré set and then needing them to be corrected and now they are no longer ombré defeats the purpose of the money i spent specifically for ombré. I attached pictures of what was going on. I loved this salon, brought all my friends here and now i'm not even sure if I’ll return. I also had asked if they would just totally redo them so the ombré would actually be there but all i was offered was a thinning.

Amazing results! Even though I went in late, everyone was so kind and ensured the nails were perfect. they made sure the flower came out perfect and asked me throughout if i liked how the nails looked so far. happy with the results and highly recommended!
