I should honestly gatekeep this but Mia is just incredible <3 My fave and only and forever nail spot, my boyfriend even got a pedicure here and loved it. Update: I think the prices went up since my last review? I paid $80 for two pedicures, one with no polish. Getting a full acrylic set will cost over $100 now. :( Sad because I really liked this place before.

I’ve been a loyal customer here for 3 years. Within a week, one of my nails got messed up, so I went back hoping they would simply fix that one nail. I was met with a horrible attitude from the receptionist. She blamed me for it and refused to repair it. I even asked if they could simply glue the nail since these are my natural nails and I didn’t want it to fully break as they grow really fast, but I was still told no. It’s honestly frustrating that after years of consistently supporting this business, they couldn’t take accountability or provide basic customer service over a single nail repair. Sadly, this experience changed my perception of the salon completely. I’ll be finding a salon that values its customers and stands behind their work elsewhere.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn others about my experience here. I came to this salon in November for a shellac pedicure with Kim. Shortly after that visit, I started noticing inflammation, pain, and irritation around my toenail. At first, I thought it was just temporary sensitivity from the pedicure—but it never improved. My toenail also stopped growing normally and became discolored and thick over time. Fast forward to now (March), and the issue has still not resolved. After looking into it and dealing with this for months, it’s very clear that I developed a fungal infection, along with ongoing inflammation around the nail. This has been frustrating and honestly upsetting, because something that was supposed to be self-care turned into a long-term issue that I’m still dealing with months later. I can’t say exactly what went wrong during my service, but I would strongly encourage this salon to take a closer look at their sanitation practices and tool hygiene. Situations like this shouldn’t happen. If you choose to come here, please be cautious and pay attention to how tools are cleaned and handled.

I came to take my shellac nail tips off and do a classic manicure and it was the best choice. One of my nails were bruised and Tiffany was so Caring and took extra steps to make sure I was okay. She went and above and beyond and I Loved it. Definitely will be coming back

I'm sad to be writing this review. On 2 occasions I have paid for nails I hated. They display techniques no one can do there. The first time it was chrome nails, this time cat eye. I went in today and said "if you can do this exact cat eye design I'll do a full set otherwise I'll do a classic manicure". The receptionist checked with the lady and she said yes she could do it. Long story short....she couldn't do it. She had no clue how to do a cat eye. I ended up with a full set I didn't want and those look horrible. The shape, the polish, all of it. On top if that the cuts. Then they didn't want to do the right thing and take care of it. I ended up paying for nails I absolutely hate. I've been coming here with my kid for a long time but sadly this will be my last time going. I have to go have these removed now cause the shape is THAT bad and she cut them so short the only option is a new set.
