Corner Bakery Cafe

I had breakfast here with my family and everyone had a great time. The food was reasonably priced and good. Everything was made after it is ordered. The tables in the restaurant were close (the guy sitting next to us joined our conversation) but we did have an great breakfast. The menu can accommodate most if not all dietary preferences. The staff was nice and friendly.

You place your order at the front desk, pay & they give you a number plus receipt. Then you go sit at a table & they bring you the food when ready. I’m not quite used to this kind of service and it made it difficult to judge how much tip I should give since I haven’t had full service before paying cos I usually don’t tip if I’m ordering and getting the food at the counter. The staff were very courteous and I appreciated that. Vibe was chill, old music, view of the freeway and the room was clean. My food was yummy, I really liked the texture of the pancake and the oat milk chai latte suited my pallet. Overall it was a good experience this Canadian & could have tipped more.

I was in town for two nights for for the DFW fiber fest. I was delighted to find this Cafe. I ate in for dinner and the service and the atmosphere were just wonderful. I love being able to sit in a cafe instead of always getting takeout. If I had stayed longer I would have eaten there again. I did get takeout the next day as I had a long drive ahead of me. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. The breakfast wrap I got to go was only $7. I am vegetarian and was happy with the options available. Next time I'm back in Irving this is where I will go to eat.

Came here for my lunch break to celebrate my departure from my job with my co workers! We had pre ordered our food for pick up as we were unsure of the wait time to cook but we were pleasantly surprised to see that the food was still warm when we showed up though i had to ask for my drink i had ordered as it was not where the pickup was. We decided to eat inside since the atmosphere was very clean and cozy! everything was super clean and the staff were so sweet and went out of their way to assist us when we asked for something. The guy with the stash (I assume he was a manager) was also really sweet and i liked seeing him on the foor, not many people besides servers go out of their way to be on the floor let alone give out cake slices! speaking of the cake we were handed was precented beautifully and delicious, very rich in flavor. overall this was a great experience even if we were short on time. Id say the food is apropriately priced for the quality and presentation, will come back when i visit!

It was just ok. Overpriced. I had a sandwich with a side salad, soda and a cookie for about $18. The soda alone was almost $4. Which is insane. I ate the cookie while waiting for my food, but it was verryyyyy overcooked. Almost burnt. The salad was meh and the sandwich was good and had good flavor, but overall, not worth the price for quality. The condiment options were lacking at this place. I'd eat it for a corporate function if they provided it, but otherwise, I'd try elsewhere.
