Dr. Atul Patel has been taking excellent care of my teeth for many years. He has been taking excellent care of my sister as well recently, after an accident. He is extraordinary in his expertise. He is very meticulous. At the same time, he is very caring. Dr. Dave, the periodontist, has been exceptional as well. Many members of the team, including Toral, Michael, Ehsaas, Serena, and Kelly have all been very professional and very caring too. My first experience with Dr. Patel was when i went for a second opinion for my daughter about fifteen years back, when another dentist said we need to remove four or five teeth for my kid to get her braces. Dr. Patel told us that we need remove none! From then til now, i am extremely happy with Dr. Patel and the whole team for many years. Thank you!

I recently had dental work done by Dr. Patel and his clinical team and I can honestly say the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Dr. Patel has an incredibly gentle touch. From the injections to the drilling all the way through. Both Dr. Patel and his team were very attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I also truly appreciated the follow-up care call from the admin team which showed how much they genuinely care about their patients and their experience. I felt very well cared for every step of the way and I’m extremely happy with the outcome of the procedure. I don’t really write reviews, but my experience here was so bad I felt like I had to. Before getting my wisdom teeth removed, I was never clearly quoted a price or told what my out-of-pocket cost would be. The staff kept saying things like “we’ll work with you” and “we’ll handle the insurance side,” which made it seem like everything was covered or at least manageable. Then later I received a huge bill that I was completely unprepared for. If they had been upfront and transparent from the beginning, I wont be blindsided with the price. Also, after my wisdom teeth extraction I was in a lot of pain and all they gave me was Ibuprofen. It honestly felt like my pain wasn’t taken seriously at all. I had to be dying in pain to get something stronger. Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and lack of concern for patient comfort made this a very negative experience. I won’t be coming back and will be taking my business elsewhere. I suggest you do too.

It’s special to go to a dental office where the staff has seen you grow from a child into an adult! The care has always been consistent, thoughtful, and personal. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust and comfort they’ve provided over the years. I came in today for fillings, 10/10 experience super comfortable and completely stress-free. I’ve also done Invisalign and other dental work here over the years, and every routine visit has been consistently great. The staff is always kind, patient, and genuinely caring. Highly recommend to anyone in the East Bay Area looking for a dental office they can trust.
