From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, clean, and relaxing. The esthetician was so professional and kind — she explained every step, customized the treatment to my skin, and made me feel completely at ease. After just one session, my skin feels tighter, smoother, and so much brighter. I honestly look years younger — the glow is unreal! The products they use are high quality, and the massage during the facial was pure bliss. You can tell they really care about results and client comfort. The prices are fantastic for the level of service and expertise you get. If you’re looking for a place that truly transforms your skin and gives you that wow glow, this is it. I can’t wait to come back for my next facial — highly recommend Cosmo Beauté Spa to anyone who loves self-care and real results!

You should read this before booking. I had a HORRIBLE experience and I don't usually write reviews but this place deserves to be out of business. They at least need to start over with staffing. I was gifted a 90 min hot stone massage with cupping. When I showed up to the appointment, I showed them the certificate confirmation and the owner told me to call the gifter to ask them to send more proof of what was purchased. They were at work so it took 10 minutes to even get them on the phone and after 10 minutes the young man sitting there the whole time finally asks for the gifter's name and found it IMMEDIATELY. I went in the room, undressed and laid down. The lady who "serviced" me was AWFUL. First, she left the door open while I was laid under a sheet that kept sliding off my body while I have nothing but my panties on. I was very uncomfortable and confused. This lady beat and pounded down my legs and arms, it was so painful and almost seemed intentional. She NEVER removed the sheet to actually touch my bare legs and "massaging" me was more like the hand gestures like you're playing a piano. Then the "cupping" was crazy. They were either really tight on my skin or so loose that they were falling off. She grabbed them and ran them up and down my back and arms so aggressively I started moving and cringing to get her to calm down. The session ended with this lady taking the cups used for cupping and literally hitting it on my FACE REPEATEDLY all across my forehead and ear to ear!! I literally thought I was dreaming. The whole time I was trying to make sense of the situation. "Was she ever trained? Is it because I'm Black? How are they in business? Were the reviews purchased??" I was sore, pretty beat up and my nervous system was inflamed. The session also ended 20 minutes but, honestly, I was thankful. As I was putting my clothes on, someone opened the door on me TWICE. Like, why?? When I came out of the room, the owner said I 'had' to leave a tip since my service was gifted. I honestly did not want to but the owner, the young man and the lady who "serviced" me were surrounding me. It was surreal. I felt upset and needed to think if I truly wanted to leave a tip. She said to send it through Zelle so I got her phone number and decided to step out, go next door to the store to get some water and just regroup. Do you know that as I'm picking out my water THE YOUNG MAN WALKED UP TO ME IN 7 ELEVEN stating "you never sent your tip". OMG! Left their establishment and at this point harassing me. I went back over there after I paid for my items and they were all still there staring me down. I sent TEN dollars and left. I truly CANNOT believe these people are in business. What a horrible experience, I will be back at the spa-spa soon where customers are treated like humans. I'm sore and still upset and the gifter feels terrible but it's not their fault that these people clearly purchased their reviews. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK HERE!

I bought a Groupon. I read all the great reviews. For my experience it was horrible. I made an appt at 1pm , didn't get out till 3:30pm. She apologized ,she said it was busy. People kept going in and out and so did the owner. She was the one who did my facial. I really wanted to like this place. I suggest be respectful to your clientele time as we made an appt to your establishment. The worst spa ever. stay away from this inconsiderate place.

Wow I did the 90 min Basic Treatment which is far from Basic lol. I had Tracy & she was GREAT. 1st an amazing back massage.. then a facial that was heavenly.. with warm moisturizing paraffin wraps on my hands and feet with a scalp massage. Like HOLY MOLY I floated out of there. They even gave me a delish hot ginger tea to leave with. I'll definitely be back and will be telling everyone about this hidden lil gem. 🤗

First time very nice facial so I bought 2 more! I was in a car accident and called them as my Groupon was expired today and I’m in the hospital so I asked for 2 week extension and they said NO!! How screwed up is that??? Don’t go to these people very unkind and uncaring!!!!
