I highly recommend working with Kate Fomina. She was our agent to sell a condo on the beach in Alameda. The whole process was fast, professional and very carefully done. She was super knowledgeable about the market, advertising, pricing and the process. She was easy to talk to and immediately responsive when we had questions.
